It is Indian natinalities dominance hotel an itd looks like a former 5* hotel run down one the 3* level over the period of time.
The roof bar is still nice with view over downtown Dubai. It's very expensive to have drinks there tho.

La zona está bastante alejada de los sitios turísticos en transporte público, solo se puede ir en taxi. Está en un lugar lleno de gente de india, Pakistán…no hay muchos Supermercados cerca ni restaurantes que te transmitan confianza para comer. El hotel en general está bien pero en cuanto a la insonorización y la limpieza es un poco nula.

It was fun. The roof top was pumping with indian music all night lights and pool. If u don't like noise maybe not for u. But the place was beautiful and nice

I would not recommend this hotel !!

Too old, smelly corridors and elevators, it just feels old and was depressing.

The room was a suite large comfortable.
The staff is amazing very friendly.
Pool at the top is awesome and the staff also very nice

Had so many problems I wouldn’t come back tbh it is just weird vibes they be calling the room multiple times asking if we need room service as we didn’t have the number, shower had the worst smell , water was leaking from the bathroom, they gave us a new room no drinks in the fridge, no toothbrushes, shower caps or something like that

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, rooms were nice and spacious, highly recommend!

Nice hotel the rooms are very spacious with big soaker bath. The rooms had smart tv to stream from phone which is nice. Room service very good quality. The bed is very large like super king but it is comfy but could be better seems to have many layers of toppers that made it a bit lumpy. Apart from that a great comfy stay, friendly helpful staff all around the hotel.

Very good stay - hotel standards very high - staff extremely pleasant at all levels - greeted everyday with a smile at breakfast in the restuarant by Kusum who was very busy and efficient in her work ! Thank you Kusum
Unfortunately the pool was out of action during my stay - but the view from the roof pool area was excellent ! Food was good and my only complaint is that the evening meal seating arrangements were not well organised, and that this felt need of improvement ! The distance from the Metro was about 20 minute walk but cheap cost taxis would be a good alternative.

Property was in good condition except a foul smell in the room.

The hotel was amazing. Lovely pool area. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the metro station but taxis were really cheap.

The location were perfect.....but isent an email bcs my son forgot a bravialet and neakless, and i haven't got any feedback yet.

Horrible horrible breakfast - same menu everyday except for Indian section which also did not taste good. Our bedroom toilet was also getting clogged & flooding out but no one came in time to fix it, lived in a dirty bathroom for 3 days. The room service also did not clean the rooms properly, just made the bed & changed towels - nothing else. Bad experience overall, definitely not worth paying the price of a 4 star

He was trained to carefully anticipate; attentive, courteous, intuitive and pleased to delight guests -- but He was the only one! He was absolutely alone in the system!!!!
