Une équipe au top, un bon room service, un petit dej en chambre à la carte et copieux.
La chambre etait bien climatisée
Nous avons pu garder la chambre jusqu’à 13h sans frais supplémentaires
Hôtel au design original, bien situé, entre gare et centre-ville. Le personnel est aux petits soins, la literie est confortable et le plateau d'accueil bien agréable, chambre très propre
Les espaces communs ne sont vraiment pas spacieux et dans le passage du hall d'entrée. Les chambres sont petites, le petit déjeuner à base de produits frais est bon mais très classique, et la salle de restauration étroite.
Je trouve que le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations offertes.
Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Schloss. Schönes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

駅に近く利便性が良く、教会をリノベーションしたブティックホテルということで歴史も感じながらスタイリッシュなホテルでした。部屋には天井のヴォールトが残されていて素敵でした。
設備も機能的で使いやすかったです。また酷暑でしたが、冷房が効いていてありがたかった。
スタッフの方々も親切で感じが良かったです。
Location particolare e originale, comoda per raggiungere il centro di Nantes a piedi.
Purtroppo il parcheggio interno non era disponibile (ho scoperto all’arrivo che andava prenotato in anticipo) ed ho dovuto parcheggiare l’auto al parcheggio della stazione.
Son originalité et sa proximité avec le jardin des Plantes et la gare tgv.
Le manque d’insonorisation.
This is a wonderful hotel built in an previous church with a very special athmosphere. Clerical architecture with modern and stylish furnishment. The staff is friendly and relaxed. Top location, adjacent to a beautiful park. Availalabe secure parking spot. The city centre is in easy walking distance.
Nice location
Zentrale Lage gleich neben dem Park und Fußweite zum Hauptbahnhof, Kunstmuseum. Grandiose Architektur! Schönes Frühstück. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Sollte ich erneut durch Nantes kommen, dann nur im Sozo Hotel.
Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer, genau wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Es war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gab im Zimmer keine Steckdose beim Nachtkästchen, das war etwas mühsam jedesmal wieder ins Badezimmer oder zur Zimmertür zu laufen. Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, es gab 2 Stufen die zum Bett hinunter führten, da das Licht aber nicht sehr hell war im ganzen Zimmer bin ich fast die Treppen runter gefallen, hier wäre ein Lichtstreifen oder eine gelbe Markierungslinie sehr hilfreich.
Sensationelle Atmosphäre
Es werden Privatparkplätze angepriesen. Tatsächlich sind es nur 4 Stück. Auf mehrfache Reservationsanfrage wurde nicht geantwortet. Feedback nur über die Hotel-App, wo man keine Antwort erhält, wenn man diese einmal schliesst. Parkmöglichkeit auf der Strasse oder im Parkhaus, welches auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs liegt. Schwache Kommunikation!
