Parfait
Pros:

L’accueil était très bien, le personnel aimable et à l’écoute !
La chambre est très spacieuse pour 3 personnes et la literie très confortable.
Rien à redire sur la propreté qui était très bien.
Le petit déjeuné est très copieux et diversifié

Excellent on all fronts, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

Size of my room, comfort, and it was a quiet area of the city. Easy walk to my work at the University of Edinburgh.

Cons:

They collected 10 pounds for incidentals, which I found odd. I didn't use any and they said it would be refunded back..

Muy buena estancia. Repetiría por supuesto
Pros:

La habitación muy correcta con cocina con todos los elementos necesarios. Son muy tranquila y perfecto aislamiento termico y acustico. Repetiría. Desayuno muy muy bien.

La gestión de alquiler de paraguas, aunque sé que la empresa es externa, pero creo que debian de intervenir ellos porque un buen servicio como un alquiler de paraguas en edimburgo se ve empañado por una mala gestion y abuso en el cobro integro cuando en vez de 24 horas se usan 39 horas

Clean and great location
Pros:

Very clean hotel, lovely staff and the best part were the comfy beds! Great location too! I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Edinburgh!
