Pros:

Small hotel with easy access to the metro and Gare du Nord. Friendly staff. Rooms were a good size.

Cons:

No lift, stairs may be a probkem for some guests. Shower is in the bedroom, literally on the room. Breakfast choice was very limited.

Pros:

Friendly staff. They even lent me a charger for my phone for my entire stay. The value was very good.

Cons:

Bed was too soft and the hotel is as advertised.. simple (but clean and good value for the money)

De locatie is centraal

Cons:

Mijn creditcard is tweemaal belast/gereserveerd voor hetzelfde verblijf. Eén bedrag is terecht in rekening gebracht, maar de tweede reservering is tot op heden niet vrijgegeven of terugbetaald.

Ondanks dat ik inmiddels twee e-mails heb gestuurd en meerdere keren telefonisch contact heb opgenomen met het hotel, is het probleem nog steeds niet opgelost. Telkens krijg ik te horen dat de manager niet aanwezig is.

Ik vind dit zeer vervelend

Rezeption 24/7 besetzt, korrekt und freundlich.

Cons:

Extrem winziges Waschbecken im Badezimmer, kaum zum Zähneputzen ausreichend.
Frühstück (nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten) mittelmäßig, in sehr beengter Räumlichkeit.

Pros:

Nice small hotel with helpful friendly staff, modern inside, clean small rooms. Everything worked as it should (including A/C and WiFi) and the breakfast was excellent. Short walk to/from Gard du Nord (or Gard de L'Est) and to Sacre Coeur. Good value for money.

Cons:

Local area is a bit run down, but safe.

stylish, friendly and well located hotel with air con!
Pros:

Room lovely decor and air conditioning was such a benefit.
perfectly small but well designed

Cons:

room overlooked the inner courtyard. AS much as real life and old buildings dictate the state of this, it was not a pleasant outlook but quiet is what I asked for and quiet is what I got.

Although the location is excellent for travel, the surrounding area has always been a bit sketchy...rubbish bags in 35 degree heat were not pleasant.

un hôtel sympathique
