If I could live here• I would•° The mall, views, The breakfast, The pool .&&. Hot tub, The Free parking• The CLEANLiNESS .&&. The staff is AMAZiNG here•°♡☆

There might be slight water damage to some corners of the buildings, most likely the Colorado weather through the years• The building could use some updated vinyl windows .&&. doors, that could help with that also• This building is doing AMAZiNG other wise•°♡☆

Smelly and rude.

Very little. The room was as expected. That's about it.

Cons:

The smell was horrible...sewage smell that was present in the lobby 1-2 days and then it was in our room the last day of our stay. It was so bad we had to change rooms after being there for six days. Very inconvenient. It was unbearable so we were told "sorry" and nothing could be done as there was no on-site maintenence at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. That may be the case, but we were barely offered a new room and nothing was done thoughout our stay to eliminate the smell. We were told by the desk clerk that it happens "all the time" mostly "when we fully booked." This is unacceptable and although we usually look for and book Fairfield Inn when we travel, we will not being doing so going forward!

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.
