Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable, avec une bonne literie qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons également apprécié la présence d’un parking, très pratique. Nous n’avons en revanche pas testé le restaurant.

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : nous avons eu des difficultés à régler la climatisation et avons dû appeler la réception pour qu’elle intervienne. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Enfin, l’hôtel est situé dans une zone peu agréable et sans beaucoup de charme, même si cela n’enlève rien au confort de l’établissement.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour a été satisfaisant et nous reviendrions volontiers si nous étions de passage dans le secteur.

La cortesia e la professionalità del personale, la pulizia della camera e la cura dei dettagli.
La colazione è una delle migliori che mi sia mai capitato di trovare in un albergo.

Cons:

Con le temperature attuali, avere sul letto un piumino leggero invece di un lenzuolo costringe a dormire scoperti nonostante la presenza dell’aria condizionata.
Unico dettaglio migliorabile di un’esperienza comunque molto positiva.

Muito bom , recomendo.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, o quarto era muito grande, muito espaço e conforto.
Banheiro muito bom, grande, limpo e com excelente ducha.
Café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções para todos os gostos.
A localização: ele fica um pouco afastado do centro histórico de Lecce, mas nós sabíamos disso quando reservamos o hotel e, como estávamos de carro, não foi um problema.
Sem dúvida, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e atendimento oferecidos.

Pros:

Grand hotel avec bon parking à 4 kilomètres de Lecce. Possibilité d'utiliser des ordinateurs à l'accueil.

Cons:

Il manque une piscine pour un si grand hôtel. Il faut aller à Lucce pour les restaurants.
