Perfect!
Pros:

Renea at In-room dining was so lovely! Her sticky toffee pudding recommendation was perfect, she was so friendly every time I spoke to her and she really went above and beyond for me during the stay. I also want to mention that Alessandro who checked me in was also lovely. The client service at The Conrad is exceptional, I stay at hotels regularly and here definitely stands out.

My new go to place in London
Pros:

Amazing location, very safe and central. Hotel is feels like home away from home, cosy, intimate, staff is just outstanding probably best service I have had in a long time.

Cons:

Probably would have liked my room to be ready a bit faster. I came at noon so I understand it was not possible. I was given early access to the exec lounge (which was part of my booking) which was nice

Great stay overall
Pros:

I really liked the location and style of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

For a hotel like this I would at least expect a full length mirror in the room. I spoke to staff about this and they provided me with one, nothing was too much trouble for them

The devils in the detail
Pros:

If you haven’t stayed here before and like the personal touch, try here. We stayed for a night at the start of January and Siya our breakfast host, asked how we were doing and were we doing anything special. We said we were on our way to Antarctica on holiday, a very nice conversation followed. Roll forward to 2 and a half months later, and the first thing we hear from Siya was how was your amazing trip to Antarctica. She must has seen and talked to hundreds or thousands of people between our visits, yet she remembered. This lady always makes our stays here that extra special.

Fantastic stay and fantastic staff- a true credit to the hotel!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we knew this place was going to be different: We received a warm and friendly welcome from Pav at reception, who offered us her congratulations on our wedding anniversary as well as thanking us for our continued loyalty to Hilton Hotels (we are diamond members)- she really really set the tone for the visit, and I was delighted with the room upgrade. The room itself was fabulous—quiet, relaxing, and beautifully presented—with extremely comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep.

The executive lounge was fabulous, with lots of friendly people and staff. There was many great snacks and a good choice of drinks, making it a perfect space to relax. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide range of options including fresh fruit, pastries, a full English, and eggs cooked fresh to order—all delicious and well prepared. The breakfast staff were also excellent—friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel.

What really stood out overall was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, even remembering our names, which added a lovely personal touch.

I will definitely be staying here again—an excellent hotel, especially for Diamond members.

Classy Conrad
Pros:

This was my 7-8 stay here came to see wolves game against Brentford, at check in was offered champagne and got upgraded to a junior suite, room is spacious and clean love the rain shower, location is great just cross the road to st James park tube station,the staff very attentive executive lounge is a good size and great service, breakfast restaurant is so posh it's a delight to eat there, omelette and the porridge was best i ever had, gym is a little small but does the job, had a wonderful 3 nights here,
See you again in September

Good place for a long stay.
Pros:

This is a great hotel with some minor issues that can be easily solved.
Start with the positive experience:
- Check-in was seamless.
- Room is clean and has plenty of space.
- Doormen, bellmen and all front desk staff are helpful and friendly.
- Housekeeping is fine, they can be somewhat inconsistent depending on the housekeeper of the day. For the most part, they did a good job.
- Large bathroom 💕 with a sizable counter space.

Now, here are things that can be improved:
- We couldn’t connect to our cellular signal/data. Although they offer free WiFi, I prefer to protect my privacy. Cellular signal amplifiers can correct the issue.
- No heating rack in the bathroom.
- No outlet by the bathroom sink. I had to blow dry my hair using an outlet outside the bathroom.
- Room service food is terrible. Food was cold when they delivered it to our room.
- Restaurants in the hotel need better ventilation. A few evenings I smelled nothing but fish in the lobby/hallways.
- Bar’s cocktail menu is uninspiring. We had to go to different Mr. Fogg’s locations for good drinks.
