Good location, big room.
Could do with a deep clean but good value hotel. Breakfast very good.
It was nice but parking was horrible to work with
Clean, well provisioned excellent views.
Lots of restaurants close by, staff polite, on the canal, breakfast service great, views from 25th floor amazing.
Air conditioning is broken and does not work in overheated rooms
Nice room, really handy for the waterfront establishments and the Mailbox. Easy walk to Grand Central station and the Bull Ring. Only problem is the air conditioning does not work, however we were provided with an electric fan without any hassle. Would recommend and would use again.
As soon as I got out of the lift I realised this was not what I was hoping for. THE most uncomfortable bed too; so soft and saggy. Shame as in a good location.
Bathroom stank of sewerage really bad! Ac not working
The air conditioning was faulty
Not great, tv wouldn’t work and we had planned an early dinner followed by relaxing in front of tv.
No one could get hold of decaf tbags after 3 attempts of delivery decaf coffee, then earl grey then ordinary bags.
Offered to move us but timing was not great
Balcony room looks tired now needs some upgrades, sheets were dirty and overall cleanliness isn’t great but doesn’t take much to rectify these mistakes and bring the hotel back to a good standing

The hotel was lovely and the room was of a very high standard.
My only issue was that there did not appear to be any air conditioning on the floor I was staying on so the room was very hot.
Restaurant staff were amazingly friendly and attentive
The room was unbelievably hot and it wasn’t a hot day weather wise.
Small fan pro
Hotel is set in the perfect place but air conditioning in bedroom does not work and with no windows that open this means the heat is unbearable
I have stayed in The Cube on quite a frequent basis but i fear my most recent will be the last.
What has happened at The Cube? my first room was ...... lets say grubby not a good start with the dirty footprints on the bathroom floor but the cables hanging from the back of the TV just gave the impression that nobody cares, but the final straw for that room (which is in effect a glass box with no opening windows was the failure of the air conditioning leaving the room like a sauna.
On request for an alternative room I was told it wouldn't make a difference because none of the rooms had working air-con. But at least I would have a TV........ I thought but no, this one would not switch on. By now I just couldn't be bothered anymore. So if you like an evening of wondering around the city and then back to a hothouse to watch youtube on your phone this place would be fantastic..... for everyone else, give it a miss.
The hotel had no AC and the room was like a sauna. There were 2 fans but all they did was blow warm air. Went to Reception to complain and was told all rooms were like that due to facing the sun. Was offered a refund and told to find alternative accomodation which wasnt great service. Then I was told that the Hotel hasnt had AC in the rooms for 2 years and that explained it.
Will never come back here, there should have been a disclaimer on the website at time of booking as I would have arranged an alternative hotel.
Could not stay in this hotel as the AC had broken and room was way too hot.
The room was ridiculously hot. Air con didnt work in mine and colleagues room. As rooms on 23/24 floor can understand why you can't open windows. There was also no cold water in the taps. It was either hot or hotter. Shower was very poweful if you could deal with the 3rd degree burns. Rest of the place is good with a great breakfast and roof top bath
No air conditioning and the rooms are too hot, everyone complaining.
The hotel knows this, but don't plan on fixing it.
No windows to open, only a fan if you request it, which is loud and just blows hot air around.
Rooms are showing signs of neglect, like worn out fixtures and TV remote broke, tarnished bathroom fittings etc
Will we return to this hotel in the future - "Not a Chance"
