Was alright. Could of been better.
Cons:

The main doors was not working. There was no tyoe of ventilation coming in and out of the room. And there was a constant funky smell coming from the toilet.

Terrible.
Cons:

It was terrible. It shouldn’t have been open for guests. There was no air con in the room and we weren’t informed about this until check in. The room was stifling. Then the tvs were not working. I was offered a refund which was useless. No management in service and all staff were junior and left to deal with these complaints which they were not empowered to do. We should have been moved to a different hotel. Absolutely awful experience

Could have been a lot more enjoyable
Pros:

Restaurant was very good quality and not as expensive as we were expecting.
Room was large and well equipped

Cons:

No AirCon in room on a hot day. Was offered a full refund though. We decided to stay and we're given a fan ( this only circulated the hot air in our room....a small portable a/c unit would have been better.
Our shower was very powerful....but had 2 settings. Very hot or scalding. After a very hot night a cool shower would have been great.
TV didn't work.

Not what i was expecting
Pros:

The property was in a good location

Cons:

We arrived on Sunday and were told that there would be no breakfast on Monday with no explanation as to why. We were told we would be refunded for the breakfast but were only emailed a compensation figure of £20. A matter came up at home which meant we needed to take an earlier train the next day I asked if we could cancel breakfast to which i was told no because i booked through Booking.com. Also asked for tbags as only given earl grey and we did not receive them.

A lovely break in comfortable surroundings
Pros:

Tastefully decorated, modern. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff & excellent breakfast

Cons:

The air conditioning system was broken so the hotel was very hot but they explained this on check in & offered a fan for the room which was promptly delivered. The fan made the stay more comfortable

Comfortable stay despite the air con not working. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Check out time was excellent.

Cons:

The weather was very warm and the air con wasn’t working. Although I was informed of this on check in and a fan was provided.
The TV in my room wasn’t working (wouldn’t pick up signal) which was really disappointing and inconvenient for me.

Big letdown
Pros:

Great location great views

Cons:

No parking… was told upon arrival that there was no working air con during this heatwave so was very hot and uncomfortable, was only one towel for 2 people and was woken at 7am to a staff member letting herself into our room which was very scary and upsetting
