Very good place to stay!

Quarto silencioso, ótimo café da manha, região super segura, vário restaurantes, supermercado e comercio no entorno, equipe super atenciosa.

Rooms were a bit small but clean comfortable and efficient since I was travelling alone. Location suited my purpose and breakfast buffet was not expansive but with sufficient choices. Excellent value for the price

Although I am already back home in SG but I will not forget the hospitality that provided by the hotel staffs during my stay there for 18 days. Start from the daily morning greeting from the breakfast serving staffs to the nicely done laundry delivered to the room when I was back to my hotel room and refillable fruits platter especially to the staff who has even go to the extend to place the Loquat in the room on the same day after I have enquired about where to get the fruit. This kind of homely service is really unforgettable .. A big THANK U to the management team who has done a good job in training the staffs well in providing the excellent service and also to the friendly staffs, I appreciate their excellent service during my stay there. Keep it up and hope to be there soon.

Good hotel with budget level of room rates including breakfast. Breakfast is good, includes Chinese dumplings cooked by your order. Location of hotel is perfect - nearby is shopping center and many restaurants (Burger king, Japanese, Thai and of course Chinese cuisine).
Unfortunately, there is no minibar in the room and windows are not well sound-protected.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Even the driver to airport terminal are exceptionally helpful too.

Due to the bad traffic early in the morning to terminal 2 and there was a family whose flight was 7.30am and we boarded the shuttle bus at 6.10am.

Driver was trying his best to get that family to the terminal ASAP but alighting all of us at arrival hall instead of departure to reduce the waiting time for traffic towards departure hall.

He asked for agreement of all passengers before proceeding too.

All of us reached departure hall rather fast due to the eifiicent and feasible driver.

My experience at this location was mediocre at best. The staff spoke no English so had to use app for help. Didn't have a bar and the lounge was basically the lobby/breakfast area. Computers are only in Chinese so not user friendly for foreigners. Breakfast is only Chinese breakfast which was delicious. The room was very comfortable but small. Close to stores and movie theater which is located across the street. Noise from traffic and music in the morning is quite loud. Over all it was good. Stayed a week at this location.

Very average property with the usual Holiday inn attributes. It is an express hotel after all so can't complain. The major let downs (even though it is a budget hotel) was that check in staff were very poor in English. You would expect the front desk to have some information and control of the language! Secondly, although rooms were tidy and safely accessible, there were no in room instructions. No references to any emergency contact numbers, instructions for breakfast or laundry, nearby areas, etc. This was quite disappointing considering the lack of people who can communicate well at this place.
On the upside, the hotel is located at a very lively location, many local restaurants, a burger king, kfc, and Dominoes also nearby. Lost of lights and color and a wonderful area to take a stroll.
Breakfast caters more to Chinese crowd so had to survive on cereal and bread.

Arriving at the hotel, I was concerned that it would just be a repackaged Chinese chain hotel (like an Ibis in Hangzhou that I recently visited). However, that was not the case, and I felt like I was actually staying at an IHG property.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. It had a decent working desk with a reasonably comfortable chair, which as a business traveler I appreciate. The large shower was also appreciated, as was the slightly funky decor, which helped imprint the room with some international flair.

Staff diligently expressed appreciation for my loyalty to the IHG brand, and extended the same courtesies (daily welcome drink; late checkout) to all persons in our party - which again I greatly appreciated.

The location was not great; the neighborhood is humdrum, with lackluster dining options. Then again, Nantong did not appear to have any areas that were much better; if desperate, take a taxi to the mall with the Starbucks and Burger King.

Finally, I should note that one of my colleagues availed himself of the laundry service, and it did not arrive at the promised time (but luckily was there before we left).

Came here for business at a nearby chemical plant. The staffs English is not the greatest but they are very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. If they get busy they immediately call for extra desk people. They always had an English speaker nearby.
The breakfast was pretty good. An English breakfast mixed with a typical Chinese one. All buffet style. Fried eggs can be had if asked for, because the lady who prepares the noodle bowls in the corner uses them. Otherwise it’s boiled eggs on the buffet. Toast, coffee, tea. Highly recommend the steamed buns. Fruit. And the usuals.
The laundry is free. Whether you use their machines or have them do it. It’s free.
My company gave me a taxi business card to call. The staff called them everyday for me, which is good because the driver didn’t speak English. In fact most of nantong doesn’t .
Room was clean and nice. Some people car about how recently rooms have been redone.... I’d say this hotel probably hasn’t been renovated in awhile. But it was very clean. The room was cleaned everyday. They even accommodate the fact that o worked at night and slept during the day .
My company has had this hotel a lot. Great price.
Across and down the street are MANY places to eat . Nearby by ones have English on the menu. Further away is a 50/50 chance. I ate at a few that didn’t but the staff tried real hard to help you .
In all I can’t think of any thing bad. All of China is under construction so at night you can hear some noise but it never woke me. When I slept in the day it was very noisy outside in the street, but it wasn’t the hotels fault.

This is my second stay in this hotel.. Rooms are small but comfortable..Internet is free. They provide basic bathroom toiletries (Toothbrush, Paste, Comb).. If you are business traveller than you may like this for family or couples, it might not be good option..

出張で宿泊しましたがスタッフの対応、部屋は清潔で問題ありませんでした。ホテルの近くにはレストランがたくさんあり良かったです。
