. Hotel de Russie ; Rome takes you back to a romantic past when life was seamless, calm and soothing. Rome is an amazing city to explore and discover. When you return in the evening you should be in a fabulous abode. The garden terrace, views over the city and great service completes one stay. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Rome.
Beautiful luxury Hotel right on Piazza del Popolo! The setting in the restaurant and bar is unreal. Who would have imagined that you can find such a place in the heart of Rome. Nature everywhere! Beautiful SPA and Gym! The service in the Restaurant, during breakfast and dinner, was excellent. A special Thanks to Mario and his Team for creating such unforgettable memories. This personalised service is what brings a journey/experience to a whole other level of excellence!

There’s no better way to start your morning in Rome than with Mario’s friendly face and warm greeting. Breakfasts at Le Jardín were superb; a brilliant selection of pastries, fruits and hams along side the incredibly friendly staff made for the perfect start. Thank you so much to everyone who looked after us so well!
Exceptional breakfast (and brunch!) in one of Rome's hidden gems. Staff is professional and nice, Mario especially is an exceptional add on for a Breakfast that you will remember.

Despite by short overnight stay, both the Night Manager and Night Porter were very accommodating, supportive and intuitive to me needs and early morning departure.
I loved my hair experience and I loved the products and brushes can I buy the brushes they are fabulous and does the best job for me cost is not an option! It was a:small boar brush black ! Amazing hotel, perfect location, wonderful friendly and efficient staff, really comfortable room and bed. Breakfast a delight from the food to the staff outstanding. Lunch in the bar outside magical. Spa fabulous although did not have a treatment but again from staff to facilities amazing. Decor fabulous, flowers a wow and loved the two residents cats, very respectful. Garden an oasis and delight . Concierge all exceptional as were reception and doormen. Thank you to all we will return

Perfect location for a cosy Roman getaway in Winter. The highlight was the breakfasts in the morning in the atrium surrounded by gardens. The staff were wonderful too. A special place.

It lacked extra touches like more water bottles, herbal teas and chocolate & notes after cleaning
Also passed by the spa to get a tour but the receptionist was on the phone for more than 5 mins and didn’t accommodate us so I just left

Das einzige was uns gefallen hat war Hr. Mario beim Frühstück der sich wirklich um uns bemüht hat. Ersten Tag beim Frühstück ist unsre Tee nach 15 min nicht gekommen obwohl ich 3 mal urgiert habe. Danach hat sich Hr. Mario nur um uns gekümmert. Ein Danke an Ihn !!!!!!!!!!!!
Zusert muss ich sage das ich mich hier sehr unwohl gefühlt habe. Einen Preis von 1.600 -- € / nach zu verlangen sollte man mehr tun. Ersten abend hatten wir ein Gruppen Abendessen 16.12.2025. Das Menü und essen war eine reine Katastophe. Zusätzlich zu einem Menüpreis von 250,-- €/Person. Starter kam ein Salatkopf ( sollte mit dressing sein ) es war eine soße drauf ohne geschmack. ECHT SCHANDE FÜR DIESE KLASSE VOM HOTEL !!!!!!!!. Wir mussten Olivenöl & Balsamico nachschütten damit es überhaupt einen Geschmack hat. 2. gang eine Gemüselasagne Ohne geschmack. 3. Gang Steakstück das einen schlechten Geruch hatte. Konnte es nicht essen. Dessert kann ich micht errinern. Ich Tank zum essen Paar Gläser Prosecco. Dies sollte im Preis enthalten sein. Aber uns hat man 69,-- € extra verrechnet. Dies urgierte ich bei der Rezeption beim Checkout. Aber ohne erfolg. Beim Checkout bekam ich die Rechnung. Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet. 74,99-- €/Tag wurden gebühren verrechnet. Dachte das sind irgendwelche Taxen. Jedoch fragte ich trotzdem. Personal an der Rezeption meinte das es trinkgelder für das Personal sei !DAS IST LEIDER ABZOCKE. Ich möchte entscheiden wem ich etwas gebe oder nicht gebe udn nicht das Hotel. Wir haben für 2 Nächte 3.600-- € bezahlt. In dieser Klasse sollten die Kunden über das Trinkgeld enscheiden.
