Wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel is nice and has a beautiful view from the terrace. We had a wonderful stay. The towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned regularly. It is very close to Sultanahmet Square, about a 5 minute walk, and the Grand Bazaar is also about 5 minutes away. There is also a T1 tram stop nearby, which provides easy access to many of the main attractions.
We are extremely satisfied with the staff. We found ourselves in a situation where I thought I had lost my friend. As soon as I shared my concerns, they reassured me that nothing bad could have happened to her and helped me find her. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic rooftop, location and super comfy bed
Pros:

Rooftop - absolutely stunning, very good breakfast.
The staff (especially the receptionist with a name that I couldn't remember obviously, something that starts with A - thank you for all your help :)).
Great, comfortable, very big bed!
Location perfect.

Cons:

Maybe shower and tv could work better, but the stay met my expactations anyway.

Lokáció szempontjából megfelelő.
Pros:

A lokáció tökéletes, árérték arányban megfelelő, ha tényleg csak aludni szeretnétek a hotelben, a személyzet nagy része barátságos a szobalányok jöttek mindennap takarítani a szobát, törölközőt cseréltek, felmostak és az ágyat is bevetették.

Cons:

A reggelinél lehetne nagyobb a felvágott választék nem csak 1 fajta, egyik reggel nem volt kenyér amikor szóltunk a szakácsnak elkezdett fintorogni és fújtatni..a szobák sajnos nem úgy néznek ki mint a fotókon. 2 szobánk volt az egyikben a WC lehúzásakor kifolyt a víz a WCből minden alkalommal és mind a 2 szobában penészes volt a zuhanyzó szóval papucs használata erősen ajánlott!

Belles vues et confort de proximité, accueil désagréable
Pros:

Très beau rooftop qui fait tout le charme de l’établissement, chambres de taille correcte avec vue, petit déjeuner à revoir. À peine 5 min à pieds de Sainte Sophie et de la Mosquée bleue n en plein centre ! L’équipe du rooftop qui n’est pas la même qu’à l’accueil est professionnelle et accueillante, très agréable !

Cons:

Accueil très désagréable: pas un regard, pas un bonjour. Cela dissuade de vouloir passer par la réception !

Una buona base di partenza per visitare la città vecchia.

Cons:

Il ristorante per la colazione potrebbe essere appena più curato, ma nel complesso decente e gradevole.
Le luci a led mantenevano una leggera illuminazione di notte per cui dovevamo svitarle per avere del buio...
