Pros:

Emplacement parfait au bord du lac dans le vieux quartier
Parking à quelques minutes à pied pour un prix abordable

Die phantastische Aussicht. Der Balkon mit dem super bequemen Liegestuhl.
Das Personal super freundlich und umgehend zur Hand.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr schmal. Die Decke zu dünn (bekam dann eine warme Wolldecke). Heizung lief nicht.
Das Frühstück musste im Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden (war allerdings sehr schön und gut).

Das Team an der Rezeption (Valentina/Nunzia und Barbara) sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent!!!

Kein Safe im Zimmer, keine Minibar, keinen Mischkran am Lavabo und auch nicht in der Dusche

Schöner kurz Urlaub….
Pros:

Die Lage ist super… zum Frühstück musste man ins Partner Hotel gehen, da war alles da was man zum Frühstück möchte.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Das Bad mit sehr hohen Abnutzungen. Renovierung wäre sicher gut.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Il est très facile à trouver et tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Une carte de parking est également disponible sur demande à la réception.

La chambre était confortable et offrait une très belle vue.

Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais complet, avec aussi bien du salé que du sucré.

Enfin, le restaurant de l’hôtel était excellent : la nourriture était incroyable.

Cons:

L’isolation de la chambre n’est pas très bonne. On entendait clairement la personne dans la chambre voisine prendre sa douche. Il y avait également un bruit assez fort provenant probablement du système de chauffage : les radiateurs semblaient s’allumer ou s’éteindre, ce qui provoquait un bruit pendant environ deux minutes, parfois à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit.

Concernant l’accueil, tout s’est bien passé. En revanche, les indications pour accéder au parking mis à disposition étaient un peu compliquées. Il nous a été demandé de faire tout le tour de la ville, alors qu’une route beaucoup plus simple permet d’y accéder directement. Heureusement, nous connaissions déjà la ville et nous n’avons donc pas eu besoin de suivre cet itinéraire.

Pour le restaurant, le premier soir tout s’est très bien passé. En revanche, le deuxième soir a été moins agréable : nous avons dû nous manifester à plusieurs reprises pour être servis, car le serveur s’était installé à une table avec des connaissances et est resté discuter pendant de longues minutes. Nous avons finalement décidé de partir sans prendre de dessert ni de café.

Bedarf dringender Investitionen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage an der Piazza und mit Blick zum See. Tolles Frühstück, allerdings 3 Häuser weiter.

Cons:

Zimmer mit seinen Möbel gleicht einer Brockenstube. Für den Preis absolut nicht adäquat. Müsste dringend investiert werden, so z.B. auch in einen neuen Brausenkopf und lichtundurchlässige 2. Vorhänge.... Ein Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer sollte man auch erwarten dürfen.
