Bedarf dringender Investitionen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage an der Piazza und mit Blick zum See. Tolles Frühstück, allerdings 3 Häuser weiter.

Cons:

Zimmer mit seinen Möbel gleicht einer Brockenstube. Für den Preis absolut nicht adäquat. Müsste dringend investiert werden, so z.B. auch in einen neuen Brausenkopf und lichtundurchlässige 2. Vorhänge.... Ein Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer sollte man auch erwarten dürfen.

Das einzig Besondere war die Hilfsbereitschaft des Rezeptionspersonals und der Blick auf den See
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Seepromenade (dadurch natürlich abends etwas lauter) und mit Blick auf den See. Abgesehen davon waren die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns grosszügig eine private Computermaus geliehen, die wir unbedingt brauchten. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Teppichboden in Hotels habe ich noch nie verstanden, die Farbe von der Decke blättert ab und das Bad ist noch aus der Zeit, als braune Fliessen der Hit waren. Ausserdem scheint ganz Ascona der gleichen Gastro-Firma zu gehören, was sehr schade ist. Dadurch wirkt alles sehr generisch, etwas lieblos und wenig individuell.

Der Balkon war sehr schön mit toller Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Check-in war schnell, einfach und unkompliziert.

Ascona merita appieno il giudizio di uno dei paesi più belli e vivibili del Ticino e dell'intera co
Pros:

Posizione semplicemente il massimo 110 e lode.
Colazione buona ed abbondante, servizio eccellente.

Cons:

Oltre alla Ticino Card, poco utilizzata promuoverei sconti e agevolazioni per i parcheggi, si abbastanza vicini ma pur sempre da raggiungere a piedi con un po di fatica per noi turisti anziani.

Pros:

Beste Lage direkt an der belebten Piazza am See. Tolle Aussicht über den See. Balkone im 3. Stock mit Trennwänden und Dach, daher sehr privat und dank bequemen Sessel auch sehr gemütlich.
