Good option for location and affordability
Pros:

This hotel had many positives and a few weaknesses. The location is perfect, and despite its central location, there was not too much street noise. The room had some nice storage options and breakfast was simple, but good. We experienced some wonderful customer service, in particular from Akrem at the front desk. As far as negatives, the mattress was as hard as a rock which made sleep difficult. Also, one of the men who worked the desk at night was somewhat rude. However, that was our only unpleasant interaction with staff.

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro città, colazione buona, ma avrei preferito che fosse a buffet

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la colazione non fosse a self service ma bisognasse chiedere alla cameriera quello che si desiderava. Inoltre il personale non era presente nella saletta colazione ma bisognava andare a cercarlo nelle altre stanze facendosi guidare dalle voci

Moquette peu propre.

Worst hotel room experience
Pros:

Worst hotel we have stayed at ever. For an average of $400.00 a night you will expect better. Not worth the money we paid.

The room needs an upgrade or maintenance. The carpet was filthy, needs a very good deep cleaning. The paint in the bathroom was peeling.

The balcony is a hallway, you have to squeeze to be able to sit in the chair at the other end of the table. The Inner Courtyard View looks at a building that looks abandoned.

Air Conditioner does not work in December, just heat. If you want to cool the room you are told to open the Window.

If you want eggs at the included breakfast you have to pay extra.

Positive Points;

Coffee was good and the gentleman attending the breakfast was very nice and attentive.

Sehr süßes Boutique Hotel in super Lage zur Spanischen Treppe und dem Trevi Brunnen. U-Bahn Station mit Anschluss zum Flughafen Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Einzelzimmer sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung mit A/C, Minibar, Safe etc perfekt ausgestattet.Die Rezeption ist 24/7 mit unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern besetzt. Ich kann das Hotel bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein
