Good location and comfortable, staff friendly - I would definitely visit again
Pros:

The location is set about 3 blocks back from a central point of Copacabana beach which is perfect as a base for a variety of activities. Local supermarket was just about 50m away and there are some nice restaurants and bars in the nearby Santa Carla street.
It felt safe to walk around as a solo female traveller. Taxis and Ubers were readily available. About an hour from the main international airport. Good access to the Metro which is very easy to use and is great to get to the main town area.
The roof top pool and bar area were shut but we could use the facilities at the Americas Hotel across the road which were lovely.

Cons:

The first room I stayed in was just above the kitchen, so very loud from very early! It also had a very strong smell of sewage coming from a drain. The hotel staff were lovely and moved me to a different room.

Cons:

O prédio estava em obras e não foi avisado antes da reserva. Muita poeira de obra nos corredores, elevadores e areas comuns e barulho de obra a partir das 8h. A piscina por exemplo estava interditada e tinha que usar do hotel do outro lado da rua.

Hall em reformas e café da manhã ( manteiga estava azeda (qdo foi armazenado inadequadamente) piscina em reforma! Suco de caixas misturados com água !

Ótima estadia, com apartamentos reformados.
Pros:

Otima cama, ar condicionado potente, banheiro amplo, ótimo café da manhã, atendimento da recepção rápido e eficiente.

Cons:

Nada que não tenha gostado. Apenas uma sugestão para colocarem apoio dentro do box do banheiro, pensando nos idosos como eu, para evitar quedas.

Passabel f. die Copacabana.
Pros:

Moderne Zimmerausstattung. Passables Frühstück. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Rio ok. Die Zimmer sind gut gereinigt und sauber.

Cons:

Hotel ist seit langem schon eine Baustelle. Dadurch Baulärm ab 08:00 Uhr morgens und Dreck und Staub in manchen Etagen im Korridor. Aber nicht allen.

Pros:

Quarto super espaçoso. Chuveiro que saía do teto muito bom. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Televisão enorme! Café da manhã excelente!

Cons:

Falta de lâmpada de cabeceira, ganchos e suportes para toalhas e sabonete no banheiro.
Havia uma infiltração do box no piso do quarto. Mas ainda assim, foi uma ótima hospedagem!
