No geral me senti muito bem no hotel, a equipe toda é muito prestativa.
Pros:

O staff é maravilhos, a sauna e a piscina também! A localização tbm é óia.

Cons:

No andar que estava tem uma sala dos funcionários e logo cedo os funcionários chegavam falando alto, com rádio, tossindo desde muito cedo. Por volta das 6, 7 da manhã.

Quarto reformado, amplo e no geral confortável.

Cons:

Simplesmente não há mesas o suficiente no restaurante. Em todos os dias da hospedagem não foi possível tomar café-da-manhã por falta de mesa para se sentar. Lençóis e travesseiros poderiam ser de melhor qualidade - não estão à altura do resto do quarto.

Stanza spaziosa e pulita ma mancante di dotazioni a supporto (non sapevamo dove appoggiare i nostri effetti personali)

Cons:

Gli asciugamani erano bucati, macchiati e consumati (inutilizzabili) trasparente
Le lenzuola erano macchiate e in un punto strappate

Os funcionários são muito educados e solicitos, o senhor Samir é muito atencioso. Localização excelente e café da manhã otimo.
