We had a great dinner outing(two days) with my colleagues & the service was an exceptional in both the days.

This was our 3rd visit here.Generally the food was great & staffs were very friendly too.

Very accommodating staff and the room was tidy and comfortable 🛌🌙. Enough parking and the mountain view at the backdraft was beuatiful 🌄⛰️

Highly recommended, I stayed for more than a month and they treat me as FAMILY. Manager is very accomodating and all staff are friendly specially to Mr. Mahroz in the reception. Very good customer service… Breakfast buffet are great and staff also are very friendly…ROOM cleaners also great..

Location is not in the center of the city, but still not far to travel by taxi or by rented car. The area is mostly Indian.
Atmosphere at the reception is friendly. All workers are ready to help. Especially there was one sweet lady Adfar, that helped with the taxi and all the questions we had.
Rooms were cleaned every day, clean towels, bottles of water.
The food was mainly Indian, but good quality.

Loved the experience, the hotel is situated next to good eat out places. The rooms are very spacious, we had a suite room which was amazing, clean, clutter free and luxurious, the beds were comfortable and air conditioning was great. A great place to stay will be back again. Food was delicious…

I am from Azerbaijan and visited the Muscat for one week. İ enjoyed stay in hotel and from staff. They are kind and very helpful. Very clean hotel. Definitely i would visit again.

Very nice hotel ,good pricing, all staff is very good (mahroz , mushkan, Adfar, Altamash).

From day 1 for currency convert to day 6 checkout everything was just so smooth.

Would definitely visit again same hotel whenever i visit muscat.

Clean, quiet, everything works, fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed. Personnel is very helpful and friendly.

The decor feels a bit dated, but everything is well maintained.
