Pros:

Pokój i udogodnienia były zgodne z opisem. Jakość w stosunku do ceny była bardzo dobra, a sama lokalizacja hotelu była absolutnie fantastyczna - bardzo blisko do Lanxess Arena i Köln Messe/Deutz Bf, mnóstwo sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji dookoła. Ale na zdecydowanie największa ilość gwiazdek należy się obsłudze hotelu - fantastyczne podejście do gościa, bardzo mili i pomocni, ode mnie 5/5 gwiazdek.

Unter aller Sau, Etagenbett wie in der Jugendherberge. Niemals wieder.

Der Checkin war relativ problemlos

Cons:

Ich habe mit meiner Frau ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, das deklariert war, als kleines Doppelzimmer.
Als wir ankamen, kam ich mir vor wie in einer Jugendherberge mit einem Metalletagenbett
Auf Anfrage, warum man so etwas nicht klar schreibt, wurde etwas dumm gemacht und das ganze Runde gespielt
Wenn ich eine Jugendherberge möchte, dann buche ich die, dieses Hotel ist in meinen Augen absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Wir sind freiwillig eher abgereist
Pros:

Die Lage zur Lanxess Arena war super.

Cons:

Es war unfassbar heiß. In dem Gebäude nicht auszuhalten. Wir sind eher abgereist.
Preisleistung ging gar nicht. Unfassbar teuer und dafür eine viel zu alte Ausstattung.

I have two bookings. In one - I’ve ordered big room, but they give me a small room. When I’ve shown them Booking.com room details - they said they don’t know anything- ask Booking.com.

I’ve spent $1.6k for dense and expensive gamescom period for 4 nights - and even that I don’t got my free water in one of days - it was sad because I came late night and don’t have a time to buy a new one instead of included.

I was unable to check in at evening - here is all online and you must pay 5 more euro (why??) to check in. And I’ve got no bank verification a long time to pay this f .
To help me - here is arrived two drunk workers who are unable to help me because they didn’t know language.

Für ein Event in der Lanxess Arena perfekt
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich. Der junge Mann hat sich extrem bemüht und ist extra ins Zimmer gekommen um uns zu informieren. Fand ich sehr nett! Heut zu Tage ist ja kaum noch jemand bemüht, deshalb möchte ich es extra betonen!

Booked but did not stay, the rooms were all terrible!

Just because it is near to Lanxess Arena.

Cons:

It isn’t a 3 room apartment the way it describe in booking.com. It’s totally separated, 3 individual rooms instead. The rooms were small the fan is small and not working well. Everything is small and narrow, not worth the money paid. Very very upset and disappointed. With my big luggage I am unable to bring up to the room. Felt cheated! Didn’t even want to stay there, had to find another accommodation last minute.

Höhen und Tiefen
Pros:

Personal war Super. Die Lage ist auch toll.

Cons:

Ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klima, Fenster kann aber Nachts wegen Lärm nicht offen gelassen werden. Spülbecken war außerhalb vom Bad, was nicht so optimal ist.

Lage optimal preis Leistung könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top praktisch unschlagbar es befindet sich einfach alles in direkter Nähe (Bahnhof, diverse Restaurants, Shops etc.

Cons:

Nachts war es schon etwas lauter.

Auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältniss ist ein klein wenig unglücklich allerdings habe ich zwecks gamescom das hotel gebucht von daher.
