Nice hotel, great location in need of an update.
Pros:

Location is excellent. In a non tourist upper middle class neighborhood of Paris near the Parc Monceau with many restaurants and open air markets nearby a vibrant community of Parisians and near the Villiers metro stop which makes it convenient to travel around. Safe and secure area and hotel. Hotel desk folks consistently cheery and helpful. Penthouse suite was perfect in size and had a balcony on the sixth floor and a private rooftop teck with wonderful views of Paris including the light shows of the Eiffel tower at night. The kitchenette came in handy. Also tea and coffee is available 24 per day in the now essentially closed restaurant off the lobby.

Cons:

There is clearly a cleanliness problem Your room is cleaned only if you ask a day in advance. Unacceptable for a 4* hotel.Otherwise, the maid spends two minutes emptying your waste baskets and replacing towels on the floor--thats it. The door to ur bathroom was out of plumb and closed with difficulty . The elevator doors and the walls of the corridors on the sixth floor had dirty handprints which were never cleaned. The carpeting was dirty and need of a cleaning. That said, these were minor problems but they are problems that the new management (Marriot) should focus on.

Pros:

The location was great. It was in a quaint and quiet neighborhood that felt central.

Cons:

No housekeeping. The internet sucked and you can’t really get service in the room. When I told the people downstairs, there really wasn’t much they did about it.

It was also really small for three people, even with the convertible sofa.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super vielen Bistros in der Nähe und auch der Weg zur Metro ist kurz und die Verbindungen sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Der Lift ist ausgefallen und konnte in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher spärlich und überschaubar. Auch gibt es diverse kleine Mängel und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse dürften die Zimmer Mal wieder renoviert werden.

Um dos hotéis mais charmoso que fiquei. A cara de Paris !
Pros:

O próprio hotel é um charme, quarto maravilhoso o staf excelente todos muito solícitos e gentis . O bairro com vários restaurantes e o metrô pertinho . O café da manhã é incrível, calmo e sem aquela multidão que o de outros hotéis. Adorei 🥰
