Pros:

Wonderful location, 10 min walk both from the train station as well as the cable car station; and close to a couple very good restaurants. Room was spacious and spotless but definitiely go for one with a view of the Matterhorn if you find it available. It's more than worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent.

If I could rate this hotel higher I would. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious, I would highly rate the omelet for breakfast. The spa pools are beautiful, a perfect way to relax after a long hike. The staff are amazing. I would absolutely return and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Posizione bellissima con vista sopraelevata sul Cervino sia dalla piscina esterna che dalla SPA , giardino esterno delizioso e attrezzato con sedute , tavolini , ombrelloni e vasi fioriti che rendono lo spazio molto accogliente , superlativo il servizio del tè pomeridiano abbinato a torta e pasticcini incluso nel prezzo e fruibile nella veranda esterna con vista .

Incredible spa. Worth cisiting just because of it
Pros:

The breakfast area with a terrace and the view to Matterhorn made me happy every morning.
And the beautiful spa with very hot sauna and outdoor pool with the view to Matterhorn made me even happier in the evenings.
