Fabulous comfortable stay with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn, excellent spa facilities.
Pros:

Room was great with a balcony with a tremendous view of the Matterhorn.Breakfast had an excellent choice with a wonderful fresh omlette and wonderful selection of other fresh produce particularly the fresh fruit cheeses and cold meats.

Cons:

The only downside was the restaurant was getting refurbed so we had to eat elsewhere, I’m sure it will be a lovely addition.

Outstanding view and very pleasant stay
Pros:

Excellent room with Matterhorn view. Good breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Some construction noise from work on new restaurant. Drilling started at 8am most days!

- sauberer & übersichtlicher Spa-Bereich mit tollem Outdoor-Pool mit Sicht auf das Matterhorn

- gutes Frühstück

Cons:

- die Betten sind steinhart & die Decken riesengross und dick, im Sommer nicht komfortabel
- Bauarbeiten direkt im Haus mit Bohrgeräuschen ab 8 Uhr morgens
- Mitarbeiter laufen telefonierend durch den Spa-Ruhe-Bereich, recht nervig

Zentrales Hotel mit super Aussenpool und Matterhornsicht
Pros:

Super schöner beheizter Aussenpool mit Sicht aufs Matterhorn. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Riesenauswahl. Zentrale Lage. Mountain-Bike Rental direkt im Untergeschoss vom Hotel.

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant wegen Renovation vorübergehend geschlossen.

Veldig fornøyde med oppholdet her. Nydelig beliggenhet med utsikt mot Matterhorn. Fantastisk spa.
Pros:

Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet. Lyst og fint frokostområde og innholdsrik frokost. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte, samt et fantastiks spa. God service å bli hentet med bil fra togstasjonen.

1층 테라스와 야외 수영장에서 바라본 마테호른이 너무 멋졌음.
아침에 일어나 호텔 바로 앞 퀴르히 다리에서 완벽한 황금호른을 볼 수 있었음.
뷔페식 아침식사는 풍성하고 신선했음.
직원들 모두 친절하고,
마테호른 뷰가 일품인 1층 테라스에서 오후 3시부터 제공되는 케익과 커피도 좋았음

Cons:

기차역에서 도보 10분 거리, 호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀 서비스는 없음.

An excellent escape from the heat in London. Location is superb to everything. Comfort levels to 11.
Pros:

I had no complaints the entire time staying. They picked me up from the station when I wasn't even aware that was an option. They explained all the amenities and I picked up an extra massage which was great. I ended up going on adventures during the day and looked forward to spa time and relaxing in the pool.

If anything I wish the pool stayed open longer in the summer. 8:00PM closing when the sun doesn't set until 9:20PM is rough.

マッターホルンよ、ありがとう
Pros:

ロケーションが最高　朝食の時にマッターホルンの全貌を見ながら食べれた。

Cons:

空調が無くて、扇風機もなくて、帰ってきて、冷たい風呂に浸かるしかなかった。
冷蔵庫がないのでビールの部屋飲みが缶ビール、一本まで。

Downgraded my room booking…disappointing
Pros:

Great location, a few meters from the town’s main shopping and dining street but in a quieter location. Great pastries and i love that they have a nice afternoon tea selection for all their guests. Beautiful Matterhorn view on the dining patio. Staff at the reception and dining hall are super nice and very accommodating, even the hotel taxi driver was very helpful and nice

Cons:

I booked a Matterhorn view room, i booked the hotel for this reason but because I have an 11 year old son (who can btw co sleep with me in the big bed), they moved me to a family room without a view facing the neighbors which was my biggest disappointment. Not staying in this hotel again. They ruined my expectation of a nice view

夜が長いため、外に出歩いてばかりの人にはコスパ悪い
Pros:

マッターホルンビューで有名な日本人橋横のホテル。
ホテルからの眺めは最高です。
泊まった部屋はマッターホルンビューでしたが、向かいのホテルが少し被っていたのは残念、、、
中と外の両方にプールあり。中にはサウナ、雪のサウナ、裸ゾーンに6部屋ほど個室サウナがありましたが、ガラス扉で丸見えです。全て混浴。水着を忘れずに。
部屋にも湯船付きだったので、登山で疲れた体にはかなり癒されました。
湧水も部屋にボトルで用意があり、無料です。ただ街に湧水はたくさんあるので、水筒を持っていくことをオススメします。
ラウンジでお茶とケーキが楽しめます。

Cons:

一人旅なので、シングルルームにしましたが、シングルベッドでした。せめてセミダブルにしていただきたい。
