Gute Lage mit gutem Wellness um Skitage zu geniessen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gut, um alle der 3 Einstiege ins Skigebiet zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit freundlicher und aufmerksamer Bedienung. Der Blick aufs Matterhorn versüsst den Morgen. Den Wellness-Bereich haben wir als sehr gut empfunden.

Cons:

Wir haben uns etwas mehr Gastfreundschaft erwartet. Das integrierte Restaurant haben wir eher als Fremdkörper wahrgenommen.

Un excellent séjour dans ce bel hôtel, très bien situé, à l'organisation bien pensée!
Pros:

Accueil très aimable, spa et fitness agréables, collation de retour de ski appréciable, vue sur le Cervin imprenable dès le petit déjeuner !
Connexion avec la boutique très utile: bien achalandée, personnel compétent. J'ai été très contente de ma location de chaussures de ski et des conseils donnés.
Bon restaurant attenant.
Sortie directe sur la rue, chaussures aux pied!
Cet hôtel permet une grande liberté de mouvement pour profiter de ses vacances.

Cons:

Les salons sont malheureusement un peu froids et déserts.

La gentilezza del personale, l'upgrade gratuito della stanza che ci ha portato a soggiornare in un ambiente grande con meraviglioso balcone e vista mozzafiato sul Cervino. La spa moderna e accogliente.

Cons:

Nulla, unica pecca forse l'attesa presso l'unico ascensore di cui l'Hotel è dotato.
