Un excellent séjour dans ce bel hôtel, très bien situé, à l'organisation bien pensée!
Pros:

Accueil très aimable, spa et fitness agréables, collation de retour de ski appréciable, vue sur le Cervin imprenable dès le petit déjeuner !
Connexion avec la boutique très utile: bien achalandée, personnel compétent. J'ai été très contente de ma location de chaussures de ski et des conseils donnés.
Bon restaurant attenant.
Sortie directe sur la rue, chaussures aux pied!
Cet hôtel permet une grande liberté de mouvement pour profiter de ses vacances.

Cons:

Les salons sont malheureusement un peu froids et déserts.

La gentilezza del personale, l'upgrade gratuito della stanza che ci ha portato a soggiornare in un ambiente grande con meraviglioso balcone e vista mozzafiato sul Cervino. La spa moderna e accogliente.

Cons:

Nulla, unica pecca forse l'attesa presso l'unico ascensore di cui l'Hotel è dotato.

Pros:

Everything about our stay here was like a dream! The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of everything, with a lift nearby that takes you straight down to the bridge perfect for evening walks. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and both the indoor and outdoor pool facilities were incredible.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were so organized, friendly, and welcoming everything was spotless and so well maintained. We also loved the lively atmosphere with a bar next door featuring live music until late in the evening.
It was truly the best getaway we’ve ever had, fresh air, beautiful surroundings, nice food, and a cozy room that felt like home. Everything felt so different from the outside world peaceful, refreshing, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again on our next trip to Switzerland!

I will comeback and stay in the hotel for Matterhorn view in the future.
Pros:

The hotel is neat, modern, Smart Control and has very nice view of the Matterhorn in the town.

The breakfast has a lot of variety of fruits.
