Exceptional! One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Matterhorn room view is awesome, breakfast is amazing and outdoor pool is the best. I got a knee trauma during the stay, the staff allowed to stay 3hrs more in the hotel and organized a transfer. Thank you guys!

Quarto amplo, equipe cordial e atenciosa. O Spa é bem gestruturado, mas a água da hidro e da piscina externa poderiam ser mais quentes no inverno, quase não ficamos na externa por causa da temperatura, mas a vista é maravilhosa. A localização é ótima para quem vai fazer passeios em todas as montanhas. Café da manhã excelente e o chá da tarde bem gosto também, composto de tortas e chás deliciosos.

Cons:

A água da hidro e da piscina externa poderiam ser mais quentes no inverno, poderia ter opção de chá quente também.
