Pros:

I was unable to leave a positive review because I actually didn't stay at the hotel. Despite confirming multiple times that I had booked a Deluxe Matterhorn Panoramic room, when I checked into room 204, the Matterhorn was completely invisible. Even stepping out onto the balcony, there was not a single trace of the mountain view, which is entirely different from the pictures shown. The front desk stated there were no vacant rooms available, so they couldn't switch me. I was ultimately given a refund and had to scramble to frantically search for another hotel in Zermatt with available rooms. I hope the hotel will be truthful and reclassify this room to a tier that matches its actual description.

Больше всего понравился СПА ,особенно теплый бассейн с видом на Маттерхорн. Был вкусный и разнобразный завтрак. Весь Персонал на ресепшене и на завтраке вежливый и знает свою работу ,особенно Maria Angela!
