The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon.

Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival.

If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Pros:

Pratique, légèrement à l'extérieur du centre mais proche du Lac ( 20 minutes à pied environ) et du centre historique ( 15 minutes à pied) Balcon.
Bon rapport qualité -prix.
Un Burger King à 2 minutes à pied peut dépanner pour les personnes faisant une halte.

Cons:

Parking payant, vous pouvez trouver quelques places gratuites autour de la résidence

Prostorný apartmán s vlastním parkovacím stáním, dobrá snídaně. Výdejní automat na klíče v případě pozdního příjezdu funguje jednoduše a skvěle.

Cons:

Schází klimatizace, dva ventilátory místnosti nevychladí. Zvlášť v současných teplech přes 30°

Na jeho přespání po cestě ideální poměr kvality a ceny.
Pros:

Relativně dobrá dochozí vzdálenost do centra, dobrá cena. Chutná snídaně i když s menším výběrem jídla.

Cons:

Vybavení a stav pokoje by potřeboval obnovit. V koupelně to zapáchalo.

Chambre non adaptée aux temps caniculaires. C'est bien dommage car l'hotel est correcte .
Pros:

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner et la propreté.

Cons:

le manque de climatisation dans notre chambre exposée au soleil l'après midi et proche de l'autoroute ..donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes... condition difficile par temps de grande chaleur et ventilateur disponible beaucoup trop bruyant .

Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé pour la visite de la ville d'Annecy.
La proximité de places de parking gratuit.
Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects et en relation avec le prix.
L'accession aux clés malgré la fermeture de l'ètablissement.

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation car la période de notre séjour a été particulièrement chaude.

La camera spaziosa ed accogliente con angolo cottura. L'area parcheggio riservata.
