Important information:

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon.

Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival.

If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Below average do it all yourself hotel!
Pros:

Close proximity to the city. Parking behind the building.

Cons:

A better description of where to get the key would‘ve been nice. No hairdryer in the room. You have to strip your bedding. Very small studio with just enough space to walk around the furniture. Communication was not great. Questions were left unanswered. Rat traps at the entrance. I would not stay there again! Not worth the money.

Merci pour l'écoute constructive du responsable du site . Chambre agréable avec belle vue sur la montagne . Très bien pour notre séjour pour le carnaval d'Annecy , a renouveler .

Cons:

remplacer rideau de la baignoire pas très pratique , merci .

Cuisine aménagée sans équipement seul un micro onde, plaque, manque de vaiselle et appareils

Manque un rideau occultant dans la chambre a l étage les volets ne sont pas hermétiques et 1 lampe de chevet

Manque d entretien, des choses vétustes(tablette sdb,...)

Prestation trop onéreuse pour un service minimaliste. Trop loin de la veille ville.

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet le vendredi, copieux, malheureusement fermé le samedi matin donc sous forme de panier repas, moins diversifié.
Les lits faits à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Le bruit toute la nuit des voitures qui passent sur un terre-plein. Lumière dans le salon clignote toute la nuit. Le canapé lit inconfortable. Le débit d’eau très réduit dans la salle de bain. Baignoire qui ne se remplit pas et en plus qui est bouchée. Communication axée uniquement sur le paiement et très autoritaire avec que les restrictions mises en avant.
