Important information:

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon.

Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival.

If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Pratique pour dormir, mais l'expérience est moins convaincante côté cuisine.

Endroit calme retiré du centre ville (1,4km) vieux Annecy

Cons:

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour notre séjour, mais certains points méritent d'être soulignés.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé sur le lit un sac destiné au linge sale accompagné d'un message demandant d'y placer la literie avant le départ. À cela s'est ajoutée une insistance particulière de la réception concernant le nettoyage complet de la cuisine, sous peine de facturation supplémentaire.

Il est tout à fait normal de laisser un logement propre après son séjour. Toutefois, lorsque de telles exigences sont rappelées avec autant d'insistance, il est légitime d'attendre un état du logement irréprochable dès l'arrivée. Or, certains éléments ne nous ont pas donné ce sentiment.

Une approche plus équilibrée entre les attentes envers les clients et la qualité du logement remis à leur arrivée serait appréciable.

Pros:

The location was alright, it's walking distance to Annecy's old town, and walking distance to the train station (about 17min).

Cons:

The room and the apartment is honestly not great at all. It appears nothing like the photos. The apartment is very old and not in a good shape. The room is very small, you sleep on a sofa bed with terrible spring that's caved in. The basic amenities are not at all provided. It's worse than a student dormitory. You are threatened with extra charges if you don't follow the instructions to clean up after yourselves. I understand many bnb ask you to help before departure, but this did not feel right.

Overall not good for the money value. Unfortunately will not recommend.

Pros:

The room was very cozy, with a large balcony and a spacious, clean bathroom. The bed linens and towels were clean. The kitchenette had a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and two electric burners. The location was relatively close to the train station and the historic center.

Cons:

Lack of communication even after asking on a number of occasions for car parking which was supposed to be available when we reached the property - IT WAS NOT. The emergency contact number was useless told us to park wherever we could outside the property.
We used the keys to access the apartment and found that the rooms smelled like stale sweat with a generally poor condition to all amenities and next door a resident with a continuously barking dog.
The closest definition of this would be the worst student digs from the seventies.
We immediately returned the keys to the lockbox and left!

Location was not convenient to downtown Annecy. Our request for parking was lost and unavailable when we arrived. Fortunately we were able to find convenient street parking.

Le Thiou est proche de l'hôtel pour rejoindre la vieille ville en 15min et le Lac en 20/25min à pied.

Cons:

La route au-dessus de l'hôtel est un axe principal et on entend donc la route si la fenêtre est ouverte.

Rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Annecy et ses environs.
Pros:

Arrivée en début d'après-midi un mardi, très bon accueil, propreté des locaux communs et de la chambre très corrects. endroit calme et facile d'accès. Bonne situation par rapport à la vieille ville d'Annecy, les bus sont à une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel. Accessibilité au parking de l'hôtel est un plus.
