Important information:

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon.

Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival.

If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

L'emplacement, la praticité, le coin cuisine.

Cons:

Une kitchenette mais pas de vrai coin repas. Espace exigu entre la table et les lits.
Petit déjeuner de moins en moins copieux au fil de la semaine.

Pros:

Apparemment spacieux, literie confortable, personnel agréable et soucieux du bien être des clients, bien situé et possibilité de se garer autour de l'immeuble gratuitement le soir. Endroit calme, nous avons adoré le logement. Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Juste que l'établissement dispose d'un parking à disposition des clients et que nous devons payer 10€ par nuits

Rapport qualité prix imbattable!
Pros:

Personne à l'accueil très agréable, nous a bien renseigné sur les activités. Petit déjeuner extra et logement au dessus de nos attentes. Très très agréable surprise !!
Idéalement situé à 15 mn à pieds de la vieille ville et du lac.

Cons:

L'heure d'accès au petit-déjeuner n'était pas précisée et mérite une attention : le service débute à 8h30, ce qui rend ce service incompatible avec un déplacement professionnel. C'est dommage et devrait être plus explicitement indiqué car je l'ai payé pour rien !

Below average do it all yourself hotel!
Pros:

Close proximity to the city. Parking behind the building.

Cons:

A better description of where to get the key would‘ve been nice. No hairdryer in the room. You have to strip your bedding. Very small studio with just enough space to walk around the furniture. Communication was not great. Questions were left unanswered. Rat traps at the entrance. I would not stay there again! Not worth the money.

Merci pour l'écoute constructive du responsable du site . Chambre agréable avec belle vue sur la montagne . Très bien pour notre séjour pour le carnaval d'Annecy , a renouveler .
