Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im super Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft, unser Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und das essen im Restaurant sehr sehr gut.

Es war nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt für einen Mittag mit Übernachtung, aber die Aussicht von Ascona über den See ist immer wunderschön

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - wir würden wieder kommen.

Wunderbare Lage, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Ich war seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr in einem Schweizer Hotel, aber hierhin würde ich sofort wieder.

Cons:

Nun ja, kein Lift - ABER dies wird einem mitgeteilt - ich kann mich nur nicht erinnern, ob dies vor der Buchung schon klar war. Also eigentlich kein Punkt sich zu beklagen. Die Parkkarte des Hotels ist zwar vergünstigt, aber es lohnt sich nur, wenn das Auto den ganzen Tag steht, da auch bei "angebrochenen" Tagen ganze Tage verrechnet werden.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut. Wir haben ein Zimmer gewählt mit Stadtsicht. Leider wurde bis um 1 Uhr in der Bar nebenan sehr laut gesprochen. Dies hat unser Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Nächstes mal würde ich ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Freundlichkeit und Lage der Unterkunft war Top.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu klein und durchgelegen.
Der Cappuccino zum Frühstück ist eine Schande. Wer kein Frühstück braucht, sondern nur gemütlich eine Kaffee mitcGipfeli auf der Terasse geniessen will muss definitiv ein anderes Reiseziel suchen.

Cons:

Information, dass im Restaurant 10 Prozent Rabatt gibt. Dass man dafür die Zimmerkarte braucht. Haben ausgecheckt und sind dann essen gegangen (CHF 207.--) und es gab kein Rabatt. Auch mit Abrechnung nicht..Ärgerlich!!! Klarer informieren. Ticket für ÖV gratis. Super. Bis wir das Ticket erhielten dauerte es 10 Minuten... Musste alle Daten eingeben..? Nicht sehr effizient..

Wunderbares Zimmer mit super Betten. Wir haben auch das Balkönli mit Blick auf den See und die Promenade sehr genossen. Hilfsbereites, mehrsprachiges Personal + tolles Frühstück. Unser Aufenthalt in Ascona war herrlich!
