I booked our room and it was $150.00. My friend pulled the same up on the day we were in town and it was inder$100. I book through booking.com quite frequently and feel I should have had a better rate
Friendly staff and they were good with communication- notified me about the elevator not working and was able to move me to a room on a lower floor.
Elevator not working which was not convenient especially when I had to carry heavy belongings in due to my work. Room had a TV but there was no remote in sight- I searched for it everywhere, looked at every drawers, under the pillows. Because I was moved to the second floor, the people that checked into the room right above me on the third floor at 10 PM were extremely loud and inconsiderate (this is not against the staff) and I called front desk to let them know because I was kept awake for a whole hour straight due to the constant loud footsteps/stomping, door slamming, kids crying/screaming.
The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I liked the room.
When I arrived was informed the elevator didn't work. Took the stairs up to find out the room I was assigned (206) someone was already in the room. I had to go back to the guest desk to get another room. I didn't like there was not a desk clerk. The man who got me into a new room stated he was the maintenance guy.
Affordable and cleanliness
Elevator wasn't working during our stay & stairs area is a bit dirty due to old carpeting
Front desk guy Michael was OUTSTANDING
Elevator was broke but Michael was very helpful n apologetic
Staff were very friendly and welcoming!! Breakfast was great and she was a wonderful hostess!!
Beds were very low and soda machine was $2!! Not too convenient.
I liked the location quite a bit, and breakfast was very good for what was served
I was not able to get the room I requested, away from stairs and on the third (3rd) floor. My room was right next to the stairs
That the room was spacious for the price I paid.
There was an unsanitary wash cloth found under the sink vanity that contained semen…
The bath tub stopper was broken so when we took baths, we had to shove a wash cloth into the drain.
The room
The key kept not working every new day that started
