Everything was great. The staff were great. They texted to make sure we didn't need anything.

Cons:

We didn't hang the DND sign so housekeeping knocked on our door then entered then returned an hour or so late knocking again.

Comfortable Bed, Clean, and Close to great stores.
Pros:

The cleanliness and comfort of the room! I wish the shower was a tad bigger but the water was good and HOT!!

Cons:

Pillows were not big enough for the awesome king size bed. Breakfast is not free and the shower was small.

Very enjoyable breakfast
Pros:

Had a double queen room booke, but we got a phone call the day of our stay saying our room had suffered a leak and we needed to be placed in a new room. Because of other town events, the only room available was a king suite with a sofa bed. Thankfully we were only 3 adults so this worked. The king bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet had a lot of options to pick from, including a good fruit salad.

Cons:

Having our original booked room but I understand things happen.

The best place to stay
Pros:

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cary was amazing. Ashley, Juli, Ethan, Vince, Keilon gave the warmest welcome, and the friendliest service. I would stay there just because of those people mentioned. My friend and I were valued and treated with the utmost respect.
