Excellent service!
Pros:

Excellent experience @ the hotel. Ethan, on front desk, very efficient and friendly had us checked in in no time.
Then off to the Carolina Hurricanes game....Priceless!

Amazing staff and customer service!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated hotel. The staff are amazing! Ethan and Liz went above and beyond in customer service to help me with my advanced purchase non refundable stay when weather changed our plans. In this day and age when customer service seems like a thing of the past, the they delivered! Thanks so much Ethan and Liz!!

Pros:

Undergoing renovations at the time. There was construction work happening but they were very considerate and noise and dust were not noticeable. Our room had been renovated, however, I noticed the tub/shower base had been scraped and marked during the room renovation and the surround seal had been damaged. I mentioned this to the checkout staff. She said she would pass on the information and thanked me.

Overall, a great place to stay, safe and secure.
Pros:

Hospitable front desk and very helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice during checkout and helped carry luggage to the car.
We also enjoyed the pool, clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Elevator can get so busy in the morning, cleaning staff as well as guests, creating quite a wait if the guest has a tight schedule.

Clean and Relaxing Stay
Pros:

We knew the hotel was going through renovations when we booked our stay but what stood out to me was how clean everything was. From the parking lot to the lobby (where some of the renovation was taking place) to the elevators, hallways, and into our room. The hotel was practically spotless. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and despite the renovations, the hotel was also surprisingly quiet. Work stopped by 5pm daily and was never a problem. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in our room as soon as it became available which was a nice bonus. As far as location, we had easy access to the hotel from several directions and was conventiently located near shops, restaurants, parks, and even downtown without being in the middle of it all. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for it's value, convience, location, and ammenities but also for its cleanliness and friendly staff. I look forward to staying again soon!

This is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stand at. The staff are amazing. The breakfast and after hour hot food is 5 star. They even have a bar for the adults.
