Comfortable Bed, Clean, and Close to great stores.
Pros:

The cleanliness and comfort of the room! I wish the shower was a tad bigger but the water was good and HOT!!

Cons:

Pillows were not big enough for the awesome king size bed. Breakfast is not free and the shower was small.

Very enjoyable breakfast
Pros:

Had a double queen room booke, but we got a phone call the day of our stay saying our room had suffered a leak and we needed to be placed in a new room. Because of other town events, the only room available was a king suite with a sofa bed. Thankfully we were only 3 adults so this worked. The king bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet had a lot of options to pick from, including a good fruit salad.

Cons:

Having our original booked room but I understand things happen.

Excellent service!
Pros:

Excellent experience @ the hotel. Ethan, on front desk, very efficient and friendly had us checked in in no time.
Then off to the Carolina Hurricanes game....Priceless!

Amazing staff and customer service!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated hotel. The staff are amazing! Ethan and Liz went above and beyond in customer service to help me with my advanced purchase non refundable stay when weather changed our plans. In this day and age when customer service seems like a thing of the past, the they delivered! Thanks so much Ethan and Liz!!

Pros:

Undergoing renovations at the time. There was construction work happening but they were very considerate and noise and dust were not noticeable. Our room had been renovated, however, I noticed the tub/shower base had been scraped and marked during the room renovation and the surround seal had been damaged. I mentioned this to the checkout staff. She said she would pass on the information and thanked me.
