Friendly staff, clean, warm spacious room. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
Pros:

Excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean, spacious and warm and the beds are very comfortable, but most of all nothing is too much trouble for the incredibly friendly staff.

Pros:

Was convenient for our weekend. Lady on reception was very nice and made us feel welcome. Although a service station was very quiet( except for small runner and jumper above us) Room was of good size.

Cons:

Bathroom flooring was coming away from near bath. Would of been nice to have wall socket near bed to charge phone.

It’s ok for a stay as long as you are ok to adjust
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Not very clean all around. Shower curtains very dirty and the pipes were all rusted. Soap wasn’t refilled.

Pros:

Evening receptionist was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, great location in the services just off the motorway. Perfect place to break a long journey.

Cons:

Some noise, to be expected for the location, but the price, position and great value more than make up for this.

Excellent.
Pros:

The night shift receptionist couldn’t do enough and she made it for us, she was happy, helpful and gave advice on parking, eating and as stated made the stay. The price was unbeatable and whilst the accommodation was tired the price was more than worth it.

Cons:

Facilities were knackered.
