Pleasant enough for an overnight stay when travelling.
Pros:

Good location for travel, has all you need for an overnight stay. Clean and tidy, receptionist was very friendly. As long as you are not expecting it to be 5 star it’s just fine and price was reasonable.

Cons:

Nothing it was ok and a pleasant enough stay.

Convenient and comfortable, a great place to stay.
Pros:

We had very comfortable bed, the room was large and clean, the bathroom was great just that the water flowed very slowly from the sink taps. The hotel is very well placed, no road noise and very convenient for Bristol and Cardiff.

Cons:

We didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Not as advertised

Didn't stay

Cons:

Couldn't stay as it advertised "free PRIVATE parking" but when we arrived there was no private parking. Just the pay and display public parking. Not somewhere I can realistically leave a kitted out motorcycle safely overnight. Hotel have refused my request for a refund even after admitting they have failed to provide accurate information and me canceling the booking. Appalling.

Fantastic value for money & a fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we love the friendliness of the staff.Nothing is too much trouble for them.
