Service and staff were excellent!
Food options could have been better

I would like to share my thoughts about the hotel and the staff at Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown, where I have stayed five times now. During my first stay, I was extremely unhappy due to the smell of smoke occasionally reaching the non-smoking rooms, which gave me a severe headache. However, I loved the location, so I decided to return.

I have been quite impressed with the staff I encountered during my second visit and subsequent stays. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. I have a strong appreciation for this country and city, and I particularly enjoy the hotel’s location as well as the incredible manager and staff. Now, they truly feel like family when I visit. The hospitality here is exceptional, and everyone on the team is extremely friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shehab, Mr. Abhinov, Mr. Trojan, Mr. Ajimon, Mr. Nuzair, and Mr. Kamal for their outstanding service.

Very good room and facilities
The buffet breakfast was great and good value and attentive staff.
I had a problem losing my phone and i cannot thank the young man on reception who was off shift when i booked out for the very caring way i was given assistance.
A wonderful stay.

3 stars hotel ! Not 4 , with limited facilities

Conveniently located, staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a credit to Ramada. The room I was in had seen better days, a bit shabby and had several maintenance issues (toilet seat loose/broken, toilet flush stuck on, bedside lamp not working etc) all were relatively trivial so not worth the effort of reporting to staff, who I have no doubt would’ve taken care of them, but could have been better. Overall a decent budget hotel well located with extremely friendly staff.

Bed gave me a bad back
Ventilation was too noisy, sounded like gurgling
No parking
Water pressure was poor
Building is old and generally the hotel is out dated
Room felt dark and dingey

Receptionist are not treating the customer as good manner

Location great,room very luxary,staff proffesional.Feel very good from the first moment until check out.

The staff’s are not sweet.. no smile et all.. not welcoming.. first time Iam seeing something like this from a hotels front desk. The room is not well cleaned. Hmmmmm

Stay was comfortable with convenient location

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotels location is within walking distance or a short taxi ride to excellent shopping.

Old hotel need renovation, the AC sound very annoying, problem in water always very hot no cold water from tap.
No parking in hotel.
Terrible experience

The room was nice and clean.

It has a small indoor pool area, coffee shop/ restaurant onsite. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. I felt safe in this area as a woman traveller.

3 star only. Hotel room looks old and worn out. Showers good. Ok for 1 night stay. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Restaurant for dinner in hotel was delicious buffet.

If you need a place to lay your head, this hotel does the job.

C'était un très bon séjour. Toutes les commodités sont proches à pieds dont le Mall de Abu Dhabi et pleins de restaurants. L'hôtel est facile d'accès même en transports.
Le quartier est plutôt à dominante restaurants indiens c'est agréable le quartier est animé même la nuit.

Chambre très propres et le menu du room service offre une large variété de plats.

La salle de sport, le sauna et la piscine sont très propres je recommande !

Very terrible experience the room are always dirty so many noise coming from the music around and the staffs aren’t helpful.
