Cons:

The smell of sewage through the whole hotel. Toilets didn't flush correctly. Bathroom sinks didn't drain

The curtains didn’t close so our room was lit while trying to sleep and it took awhile for the front desk lady to come out and help us check in.

Not worth the price we paid for the experience
Pros:

It was convenient for what we were trying to do to be proximity to the beach.

Cons:

When we arrived early, we tried to see if our room was available yet and we were told that it was ready, but we would have to pay a $60 early check-in fee if we wanted to check in before three. we proceeded to wait till three to check in so you did not have to pay an extra fee. Once we checked in we went to our room and the room was not clean to expectations. There was some green substance on the ceiling above one of the beds a room key was found laying next to one of the beds. The toilet in the room would not flush adequately. You had to flush it several times even to have non-solid waste go down. we went to use the facilities and there was a strong odor coming from the pool area. We attempted to use the whirlpool hot tub and there was no heater. We had let it cycle through it. 15 minute cycle twice before notifying staff who told us that it should be working though no one ever came to check on it. The staff notified somebody on the phone and they said it was working fine even tho we informed them that it was not. No one ever followed up with us after setting encounter. They just stated from staff that they just had their inspection so everything was working properly, though it did not seem to be.

We always stay here when we visit Winnie. It’s the nicest place in town. Wish it wasn’t so expensive per night

Clean room an bed was comfy. Girl at front desk was sweet and helpful

Pillows were terrible and coffee was separate from breakfast provided. Room was expensive

Pros:

breakfast was not good, oatmeal was mainly water, only one type of fruit, everyone I talked to was complaining about the breakfast. You had to wait 5 minutes just to get hot water in the shower.

Wil think twice about staying at a Hampton inn
Pros:

Was a Hilton property thought it would be well worth the price stayed at other Hampton inns had great experience
