Cons:

We like to book at Holiday Inns because we know they have high standards for smaller hotel chains. In this case, we chose this hotel out of many in the area because we wanted to have a pool and hot tub after a long day of driving and hiking. After checking in, we noticed both were closed for repairs. I went to the desk and asked if this was disclosed at booking and was told yes. I looked up my booking and there was no mention of the pool and hot tub still being closed and so even though the rest of the hotel was nice, our disappointment over the lack of a hot tub had a negative impact on our stay. After asking if we could get a discount, basically were told no.

My stay was amazing, the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff kept the breakfast stations well stocked. Although I would have like to waffles or French toast. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was very clean.

Cons:

The only things I can think of as stated above I would have liked to have had waffles or French toast, bacon, Oh some plant based choices ( Beyond, Impossible....) would have been Amazing! I have no complaints.

Adequate but less than stellar
Pros:

Breakfast was typical and ok….workout room satisfactory

Cons:

Upon checkin…..no tv control or phone in room…..had to go downstairs twice more to have room changed after we had unpacked….hotel shows a bit of age….no welcome pack for IHG members….not mandatory but a nice touch
