The room was clean and nice. There was no problem with parking. The staff was pleasant.
The rooms are in one room with the hall, restaurant and reception. Everything can be heard in the room through a simple door.

The location was amazing. Walk to all the Youtube spots. Food, stores, everything is close. The staff was so nice. We ate an amazing breakfast every day and the coffee was perfect. We did have a room with a/c which was great. Don't agonize over where to stay, this is it.
The only down thing was we had to leave. Nothing at this hotel was not great

El baño es muy incómodo. La puerta se abría todo el tiempo y entendiendo que es un hotel boutique no hay es incómodo que no hay privacidad alguna en el baño.

Lo malo que es riesgoso la regadera porque como no tiene puerta el agua se sale hacia área de lavabo y el piso se pone súper resbaladizo.
My first time in Morelia, Michoacan and I will definitely return. I went to celebrate a relative's birthday. When the bday boy asked me where I was staying and told him that CM was my lodging he replied, "ooooh, I like it there!" And he was serious. I will stay at Casa Madero next time I go. I liked the intimate setting of the place, not huge and got to know all the people that worked there. You can tell and feel the attentiveness by the staff. Our cleaning person was Beatriz and she did an excellent job. Ediberto the bellboy, he plays an important role and thankful to have met him. He was very friendly and amicable and hooked us up with an excellent tour quide to take us to Patzcuaro. He also reserved a taxi for us for the way back to the airport. I didn't get to know the cooks, but the comida was delicious. Chilaquiles were my favorite! Everyone was kind and very nice. Thank you Ediberto, Beatriz and Pablo for all your kindness. Last but not least, THANK YOU for checking us in early - we were exhausted and that was a nice and unexpected treat. You are all appreciated and we came back to USA with a filled heart at your kindness and graciousness will never be forgotten. We will be back!
No tomé el desayuno, la ubicación muy bien, cerca del centro pero no tanto, suficiente como para tener paz y poder caminar.
Los detalles de la decoración: ¡FLORES DE PLÁSTICO! en Morelia que podrían poner flores frescas y reales en las habitaciones, una pena. El olor a encierro de la habitación.
El hotel es muy lindo
HOTEL ADECUADO, NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO Y TE COBRAN POR DEJAR TU VEHÍCULO EN UNA PENSIÓN. EL DESAYUNO NORMAL CON TENDENCIA A SER MALO EN SABOR. LA HABITACIÓN MUY BONITA Y ES LO QUE MÁS VALE LA PENA, AMPLIA, COMODA. PERO NO REGRESARÍA PORQUE POR EL MISMO PRECIO ENCUENTRAS MÁS OPCIONES.
