The hospitality was amazing, facilities, good location. Staff always willing to help. Everything was perfect 😘😘
Pros:

The staff was amazing! We also got an upgrade of the room for a sea view😘😘!
The staff made our lives exceptional easy.
Our way from airport, we used random taxi and they overcharged us, we told the staff about it, they confronted the taxi driver and he returned our money!

Terrible…
Pros:

I’m generally sorry to say l would never go back to this hotel. We didn’t have WiFi at all it cut out every couple of seconds. The TVs are not smart TVs so we couldn’t get any English channels. We had to spend €50 to get a wire to watch something/anything. I am 68yrs old and like to go home early at night to watch TV but that wasn’t possible. As for the staff you get an odd person that understands what your complaint is but not that interested in anything we had to say. I don’t scrutinise for the sake of it but this was pretty bad, we had to move rooms and after a few days walked out advising Booking.Com that we no longer can stay there. I would like to explain more but I’ll wait to see the outcome with Booking.Com before l scrutinise the area and hotel any further.

Das Wasser in der Dusche wechselte immer von ganz kalt auf richtig heiss. Meine Zimmertüre konnte ich nicht schliessen. Der Pool ist etwas klein und das Frühstück war nicht besonders lecker

Great breakfast, wonderful staff, clean and fresh rooms.
Pros:

The hotel was really good and clean, and the staff were so friendly. I stayed in a room with the sea view; it was fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful. There was plenty of choice for food, and they have a very good chef. Refreshments were available on the ground floor: homemade biscuits and nice drinks. There was a bar outside and plenty of restaurants around. Every day room service was wonderful: change of towels and empty bins. The private beach was closed due to it still being the off-season period. The location of the whole area is on cliffs, so there are no sand beaches around. The nearest beach was 20 min away by taxi.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything. Everything was wonderful.

Tesisin sadece konumunu beğendiğim ve önceki dönemde konakladığım için tekrar tercih ettim. Yeniden eder miyim ? Hayır.

Cons:

Eski temizliğinden eser kalmamış, Lobby inanılmaz havasız rutubet ve foseptik kokuyor. 1 gün boyunca sıcak su problemi yaşadım, ve tekrar hatırlatıp (3 kez) iptal ve iade isteyince resepsiyonda nöbeti yeni devralan personel yardımcı olarak odamı değiştirdi. Bütün gece koridorda konaklayanların gürültüsü ( oda değişiminden ve sarhoşluklarından kaynaklı) vardı.

Unser Aufenthalt war top und wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind aussergewöhnlich! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir warend etwas entäuscht, da der Strand noch nicht geöffnet hatte und da haben sie uns sogar ein Upgrade in eine Suite mit Meerblick gegeben. Super Hotel und Personal.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles super, jedoch ging die Klimaanlage noch nicht, da es noch vor der Saison war. War aber kein Problem, da man die Fenster weit aufmachen kann.

Pompás szállás, végtelen kedves személyzet olyan kilátással, amit nem felejtesz el
Pros:

A szobából a kilátás álomszerű (még a zihanyzóból is), a recepción végtelenül kedvesek voltak, mindent megtettek a kényelmemért és Nevin különösen kedves volt, köszönök mindent! A szoba kényelmes, tiszta, minden nap takarítottak és ásványvizet, kávét és pipereholmit töltötték a kedves takarító hölgyek. Az ágy, a matrac és az ágynemű is kényelmes. A reggeli maga a csoda, a kilátással amit az étterem felső szintjéről láttam, elképesztő szép! Az éttermi kiszolgálás is végtelen figyelmes és kedves volt. Még a téli szezon idején vagyunk, ennek ellenére külön kedvességnek értékelem, hogy használhattam napozásra a tetőteraszt, köszönöm! A stég építését érdekes volt látni, sajnálom, hogy még nem élvezhettem, de mindenképpen visszatérek szeptemberben, hogy a napozóstégen dolgozók áldozatos munkájának gyümölcsét is élvezhessem. Nem szoktam ilyen bő jellemzést írni, de ez a szálloda és az ott dolgozók megérdemlik.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen.. de ha egy dolgot mégis említeni kell, egy igazán apróság: ha ilyen professzionális konyhát üzemeltettek és ennyire figyeltek minden minőségi dologra (a reggelit látva ez sikerül is), akkor az étlapról választott hamburger és sült krumpli mellé (ami egyébként isteni volt) én a helyetekben egy prémium minőségű kechtup-ot és majonézt adnék. De ez annyira részletkérdés, hogy szinte nem is számít. :) köszönök mindent!

Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und war mit fast allem sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral und ideal gelegen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich atemberaubend, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Housekeeping-Team – alles war stets makellos sauber. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Allgemeinen sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeption ist professionell organisiert und das gesamte Konzept, inklusive der Hintergrundmusik, ist sehr stimmig und angenehm.

Cons:

Ein Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet. Dieses wirkt im Vergleich zum restlichen hohen Standard des Hotels eher einfach und wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem ist mir aufgefallen, dass insbesondere wenn man später zum Frühstück kommt, Wurst und Käse teilweise ungekühlt ausliegen. Die Salami hatte bereits eine veränderte Farbe, was nicht sehr appetitlich wirkt. Hier sollte unbedingt über ein geeignetes Kühlsystem nachgedacht werden, um die Qualität und Frische der Lebensmittel sicherzustellen.
Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich direkt vor dem Haupteingang einige Löcher im Boden befinden, die leicht zu übersehen sind. Gerade am Abend, wenn es dort relativ dunkel ist, besteht die Gefahr, dass man stolpert oder sich verletzt. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.
Abgesehen davon war mein Aufenthalt wirklich sehr schön und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen
