Relaxing and very pleasant peaceful family facility
Pros:

1. Fantastic guest services, our hostess Kubra was the most helpful and catered for all of our requests.

2. The breakfast options catered for your needs and were more than adequate in terms of choices.

3. Separate facilities for women especially requiring their privacy

Cons:

1. Probably a second hot dining section to ease the congestion during peak hours.

2. The room we had was well fitted for a disabled body person. For normal people, the toilet was really high

Kapasitesinden daha fazla kişiyi ağırlamaya çalışıyorlar gibi. Kaos kalabalığı mevcut. Açık büfe alanı, termal kısımlar insan seli , bir düzen yok, Eminönü’ne geldik sandım. Odalarda banyonun tadilata ihtiyacı var aşırı eski. TV minicik, kanallar karıncalı. En eski tip ufacık bir led ekrancık. Wifi bağlantısı problemli. Akşam açık büfede su hariç tüm içecekler ekstra ücretli, açık büfeye göz doyursun diye tekrar tekrar aynı yiyecekler eklenmiş ve lezzet olarak da düşük. Otel müşterilerini misafir olarak görmediği gibi gecelik bütçesinin hakkettiği hizmeti de sağlamıyor. Şahsen pişman oldum da olan oldu.
