Miller lane . Staff nice. Rooms wasn't able to sleep cause people play personal stereo real loud nothing gets done and I go to work tired for 10 hours. Decent price

This stay at Motel 6 on Miller was actually a surprise to me. The room was clean and well kept the refresh clean towels and extra roll of toilet paper the sink was clean the toilet was clean the shower was clean the bed was nicely made and clean the air conditioner work the TV worked so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay without concern so I appreciated the way the staff here at Motel 6 on Miller made sure that the room was nice and clean and I checked in in the p.m. hours and the woman that checked me in was nice friendly courteous and concerned about my stay at Motel 6. I know that Motel 6 seems to get bad reviews and I cannot understand why that is the case by my stay there myself. I have never stayed in a motel or hotel room in my entire life but will say that that experience is second to none

There was no breakfast I was drinking coffee and and poured the creamer into my coffee and a roch bug came out the creamer into my coffee

I booked a last-minute room due to severe weather, relying on the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, the actual room conditions were unacceptable. There was excessive caulking around the door frame, electrical plate, and even holding the lock in place. A large section of the door frame was torn from the wall, parts of the ceiling were unfinished drywall, and the baseboards were coming off. The doors and frames were filthy, there were crayon marks on the walls, and a used bar of soap was left in the shower.

The worst part was discovering cockroaches in the room. We immediately left.

When I requested a refund, the manager refused, and Hopper also declined to offer any assistance or compensation.

Overall, the room was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reflective of what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here or booking through Hopper based on this experience.

The staff is amazing especially Kayla! She stands on business when something needs to be done, I’ve been here about 2 months . I’ve never had any problems. Rooms are spacious, really friendly, pet friendly. They have the best prices . Smoking rooms . Only down fall pool is closed. But there is so much more to do while being here. Would recommend if needing a quick and affordable place to stay. Also great location for a great family time! The surroundings make it feel peaceful and relaxing! You never have to worry here, if there is an issue let office know and they will always try to go above and beyond!

The location is so convenient with all the restaurants close by. The atmosphere here is so lovely and friendly I'm glad we started staying here. My room was clean and the value for weekly rates is fantastic. The kids can be a little noisy, but they are kids and that's what they do. I will always come back to stay when I need a motel to stay at.

The convince of the location off the highway made finding this place so easy. Friendly Atmosphere is great from all the staff, and other guest. Im telling you Kayla is so sweet and truly go beyond for the guest from my experience and witnessing her do it. The two different rooms I had was clean and beds comfortable. I only had to move rooms due to a leak so no ones fault. You cant beat the amazing weekly price to stay here. No one has that value. The noise from the highway isnt that bad like you'd think. They have some of the best coffee any hotel offers.
