Hotel Neya is a clean, smart comfortable place to stay. The staff were all excellent. We had a few problems but they were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.
We spilt our coffee granules on the bedroom carpet, and one of the housekeeping team came and vacuumed it up for us, no fuss.
Everything was excellent.
