Lors du check out on nous a dit que la totalité était réglée et que tout était bon. 2 jours après notre départ je reçois un mail disant que je dois régler 110€ ???? Alors que nous avions pris l’option spa à 80€. Vraiment pas honnête et personnel pas compétent.

Great hotel with really friendly helpful staff, nice quiet safe neighbourhood.
Pros:

Great hotel centrally located with friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Bus stops were a few metres from the front door.

Cons:

The Metro was quite far from the hotel. If you planning to use the Metro - its quite a walk.
