Great location for our plans.

Cons:

The room wasn't ready at 3pm as we hot acess to our room only ant 4pm. To add, there was no available private parking in the hotel area as stated properties account. Lastly, the staff on june 28th afternoon was rude and did not help with parking or anything.

Für unseren Zweck (Konzert Waldbühne) war das Hotel optimal, wegen der Verbindung mit dem Bus M49
Pros:

gutes Bett, tolle Dusche, Nespresso Maschine
Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel !!!
gute Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof
Das Frühstück war sehr akzeptabel
außerordentlich gute Hotelbar

Cons:

Zimmer war im UG und etwas dunkel, auch auf den Fluren, aber das ist wohl der Boutique Style

Pros:

Kameralny hotel, śliczny pokój i łazienka:-), wspaniałe miejsce na śniadanie, ruch uliczny za oknem:-) filmowo.

Pros:

Great location in Charlottenburg, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is also close to the Olympic Stadium, which makes it a convenient choice if you're attending a concert. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel has seen better days and could benefit from some refurbishment. For the price, I expected a cleaner room and facilities in better condition. The ventilation system, especially the air conditioning, was very noisy and didn't cool the room effectively. Another downside is the limited number of parking spaces. They can't be reserved in advance, so when we arrived the car park was already full and we had to look for street parking.
