A very stylish, glamourous hotel but very functional too!
Pros:

Very smart and characterful hotel, great staff and excellent breakfast. We really loved sitting in the beautiful library. Shame that there weren't more people in the bar in the evening - it felt a bit flat as a result. Bus stop right outside the door was great. Loads of great eating choices nearby.

Cons:

The soap dispensers in the showers were really silly - swap them out for some that work! Some of our party took against some of the artwork in the rooms. Overall quite pricey, but well its a smart part of Berlin!

Pros:

Impressive location, I didn't know Berlin, but I was lucky enough to take this hotel in the best area for food, still close to transportation.
Very friendly staff.

Pros:

Personal war meeega freundlich

Hab sogar eine Verbesserung bekommen von Einzelzimmer auf Doppelzimmer

Frühstück war auch reichhaltig und hat mega gut geschmeckt

Für eine Nacht war es okay.
Pros:

Das Gebäude ist sehr stylisch, die Einrichtung auch. Optisch hat es mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schon ziemlich runter gewohnt.
Fenster und Vorhänge waren sehr verschmutzt. Es muss so einiges wieder instand gesetzt werden.

- Wasserflasche zur Begrüßung im Zimmer

- Produkte im Badezimmer

Cons:

- Kein Parkplatz mehr frei gewesen
- schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, alle kostenpflichtig
- vieles im Hotelzimmer und Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber
- Zustand des Zimmers alt und abgewohnt
- keine kleinen Handtücher vorhanden, nur große und Händehandtücher
- Handtücher riechen nicht gut
- schlechte Luft im Zimmer, als wenn schon lange nicht mehr gelüftet wurde
- Personal fragt beim Checkout nichtmal, wie der Aufenthalt war

Cons:

I was woken up in the middle of the night by a flash and a smell from the electrical outlet. After calling the reception, I met the receptionist who tried to turn the electrical fuses back on, after which the light flashed again from the outlet, only then did he move me to another room. However, when I sent a request for compensation based on my experience, they rejected it.

Für einen Konzert Besuch in der Waldbühne ideal, aber auch so ein kleines nettes Hotel

Gute Anbindung zur Waldbühne, Bus gleich vor der Türe, Zimmer waren Sauber
