Slechte ervaring met dit hotel
Pros:

We paid €612 for two nights in an Economy Double Room during a busy weekend. The room was located in the basement level with a view of a wall outside the window. The air conditioning was not functioning during our entire stay, making the room extremely hot. A fan was promised but never delivered. We also experienced issues with housekeeping and found the mattress to be heavily worn. The hotel acknowledged the air-conditioning problem after our stay but declined any form of compensation. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price paid.

Lage gut, die Technik allerdings überholungsbedürftig.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und die Qualität der einzelnen Speisen hat gepasst.

Cons:

Die Nacht war kaum erträglich. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert – die Raumtemperatur lag dauerhaft zwischen 27 und 28 °C. Unter solchen Bedingungen ist an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken.
Zusätzlich lief die Anlage unregelmäßig und sprang nur alle paar Minuten an, was die Situation noch unangenehmer gemacht hat. Eine konstante Kühlung war zu keinem Zeitpunkt gegeben.
Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage ist bei diesen Temperaturen keine Komfortoption, sondern eine grundlegende Voraussetzung. Dass dies hier nicht gewährleistet war, ist absolut inakzeptabel und hat den gesamten Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt.
Besonders ärgerlich: An der Rezeption wurde zwar bestätigt, dass dieses Problem bekannt ist, jedoch wurde keinerlei Lösung oder Abhilfe angeboten. Eine solche Reaktion ist inakzeptabel – gerade, wenn ein grundlegender Mangel bereits bekannt ist.
Insgesamt ein deutlicher Komfortverlust und ein Service, der den Erwartungen in keiner Weise gerecht wird.

Super Aufenthalt !!!!!!

Wir haben ein besseres Zimmer für den gleichen Preis bekommen, vielen Dank .
Badezimmer war sehr groß und das Bett… wir haben super geschlafen . Das Frühstück war sehr gut . Rundrum war alles sauber.

Es war sehr laut, das Zimmer war an einer lauten Strasse, mit offenen Fenster schlafen war unmöglich, in den Gardinen waren Löcher und Flecken und im Hocker waren Löcher. Der Badezimmerboden sah nicht geputzt aus. Kaum Möglichkeiten 2 Gepäckstücke zu platzieren. Nur eine Bettdecke die zu eng war. Die Möbel waren sehr runtergelommen .

Absolut enttäuschend und für den Preis eine Frechheit.
Wir haben das Zimmer für ca. 320 € pro Nacht unter der ausdrücklichen Voraussetzung gebucht, dass ein Parkplatz am Hotel verfügbar ist. Dies wurde uns vorab sogar schriftlich per E-Mail bestätigt. Bei der Ankunft war dann natürlich kein Parkplatz frei. Das Personal interessierte das überhaupt nicht und wir wurden stattdessen in ein überteuertes Parkhaus geschickt, das deutlich weiter entfernt war als angegeben.
Der Rezeptionist reagierte auf unsere berechtigte Beschwerde extrem arrogant und unfreundlich. Statt einer Entschuldigung oder irgendeiner kleinen Entschädigung kam nur ein genervtes „Was kann ich dafür?“. Kundenservice scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein.
Im Zimmer folgte der nächste Schock: dreckiges Badezimmer, verschmutzte Toilette, verstopfter Abfluss, fleckiger Spiegel, klebriger Boden und unangenehmer Zigarettengeruch. Für 320 € pro Nacht absolut inakzeptabel.
Beim Auschecken wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Wahrscheinlich kennt man die Probleme bereits.
Die negativen Bewertungen hier kann ich nach dieser Erfahrung zu 100 % nachvollziehen. Einmal und nie wieder.
