Malgré ces quelques désagréments, notre séjour est resté agréable.
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement était sympa, conforme à nos attentes. L’établissement est également très bien situé : il est proche de l’aéroport, facilement accessible en voiture et bien placé pour visiter les villes voisines, ce qui est un vrai point positif.

Cons:

En revanche, quelques points nous ont déçus. Tout d’abord, les jours prévus pour le changement des serviettes et le vidage des poubelles, si nous étions encore en train de dormir, la personne de ménage attendait simplement devant la porte. C’était à nous de lui apporter les serviettes sales et de sortir les poubelles, au lieu qu’elle nous indique qu’elle repasserait un peu plus tard. Cette façon de procéder nous a semblé peu pratique.

Autre point plus préoccupant : en rentrant un après-midi, nous avons retrouvé notre appartement complètement ouvert, avec la porte d’entrée ainsi que la baie vitrée laissées ouvertes. Nous ne connaissons pas la raison exacte, mais nous supposons que cela faisait suite au passage du ménage. Heureusement, rien ne semblait manquer, mais cela reste un vrai problème de sécurité.

Enfin, nous avons dû payer 10€ pour louer un fer à repasser, alors que celui-ci figurait pourtant dans la liste des équipements inclus sur notre annonce Booking. C’est regrettable et cela ne correspond pas aux informations annoncées.

Nous espérons que ces points seront pris en compte afin d’améliorer l’expérience des futurs voyageurs.

Good and pleasant
Pros:

The room and the space. The cleaners were very nice and gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday. The aircon.The pool and the slides

Cons:

The noise complaints we received even though our friend was after being spiked. I also lost €2 from the teddy machine, i put in the money and it didn’t even let me play the game. The pools close early

Il soggiorno dí per sé è stato bello anche se per alcune cose hanno peccato
Pros:

Buon cibo , posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare e gli altri servizi, piscina adatta anche per i bimbi più piccoli

Cons:

La pulizia lascava desiderare il primo giorno ci hanno dato una camera che non era stata pulita, lo staff della reception non era molto disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti, e gli orari per mangiare non erano consoni per una famiglia con bambini
