Pros:

La estancia en el hotel fue excepcional, en general nos gustó todo. Buenas instalaciones, buffett muy variado y bueno, personal muy agradable y enfrente de una cala muy chula. Pasamos 4 días espectaculares, buen sitio para desconectar.

Cons:

Por ponerle una pega el bar de la piscina, les falta un poco de experiencia, tanto en la preparación de las bebida como el servicio. Para esta pequeña deficiencia los precios son caros, no van acorde con el servicio que deberían prestar.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, es una zona tranquila y todo cierra temprano. Pero cerca tenes cala d or para ir a cenar que están hasta las 4am.
El hotel es espectacular.
El desayuno, de los mejores que vi.
La cama muy cómoda.
Y la playa está cruzando la calle. Muy linda también con un bar y tiendas para hacer compras.

Cons:

La puerta del baño es un horror (transparente).
La ducha se sale el agua para afuera cuando te bañas.
Tuvimos que pedir que en la habitación nos colgaran jabonera, para poner el papel higiénico y el tender del balcón.
Y limpieza no hay! De verdad está muy mal el tema. Intenten mejorar eso porque es una vergüenza.
Toda mi estadía el jabón estuvo tirado en la ducha. Lo dejamos por gusto y nunca lo juntaron.
La cama la hice yo y ni se preocuparon en ponerle los almohadones decorativos. Los dejaron en el piso.
Lo increíble es que nos vinimos a grupotel en playa palma y es todo lo contrario al de cala Marsal.
Ni el jabón nos cambiaron. Tuvimos que pedir más.
Acá, en playa palma llegamos y nos recibieron con chocolate, una sal marina de regalo y cuando vieron que veníamos por la luna de miel nos trajeron una botella para brindar.
Espero puedan mejorar porque es una lástima.

Go for the beach and the breakfast
Pros:

This hotel is right next to the best beach (Cala Marcal) we saw in Mallorca. And the best beach bar/restaurant! Hotel had two pools. There are hot tubs inside as well as a new gym but they weren't open yet.
Breakfast was good

Cons:

Vibe at hotel was kind of flat. Pool bar was far from the pool and didn't have a good atmosphere.
Wifi had hotel-wide issues that got resolved but no one had wifi for 24 hours or so
Dinner was so-so

La disposición del personal, la ubicación.

El hotel no estaba listo para abrir, los empleados eran muy amables y no paraban de trabajar pero todo era insuficiente, lógicamente falta personal y falta parte del hotel por terminar. Ruidos de reforma, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy pobre, se estropea el aire, se estropea la wifi, el spa y gym sin abrir, la comida sin carteles y a veces cruda.....En fin, creo que ha sido muy caro para lo que ofrecen, y deberían de haber hecho algún descuento al no poder dar el servicio que ofertaban y por el que pagamos. Creo q el hotel si pulen lo del personal y lo terminan estará genial, pero los que hemos ido en estas condiciones sin previo aviso, nos hemos sentido engañados.
