Estancia en Cala Marsal
Pros:

La ubicación y sus instalaciones. Todo muy nuevo y con todo tipo de servicios disponibles: piscina, gimnasio, spa, etc. la comida del restaurante muy variada y de muy buena calidad. Quisiera destacar además el trato del personal, desde el propio director del hotel (Antonio) que fue encantador y súper atento, pasando por recepción (Isabel y Magdalena) así como los camareros (Sandra) que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera de 10. Recomendado a mis familiares y amigos para próximas estancias

Pues lo poco flexible que resultó ser una persona en concreto a la hora de facilitarnos una comida para mi hija intolerante a la lactosa. Pero este pequeño incidente fue solventado con creces por el resto de personal del hotel y muy bien gestionado por su director.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage 🌞
Pros:

Sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind super schön. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist bestens mit TechnoGym Geräten ausgestattet. Frühstück und auch Abendessen sehr lecker + freundliches Personal.
Die Lage direkt an der Cala Marçal ist auch einfach perfekt.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre avec de très fortes odeurs émanant des canalisations.
Et dès le lendemain on a demandé à changer de chambre et ils ont remis quelqu’un d’autre dans celle-ci alors que ça n’avait pas été réparé..

J’avais demandé expressément à avoir un lit double et nous avons eu deux lits simples; et même en changeant de chambre, ils n’ont pas pu nous mettre un lit double comme demandé!

Évidemment, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait!

Le petit déjeuner propose certes beaucoup de produits différents, mais les produits sont très mauvais, les tables sont laissées sales avec les gens qui attendent pour s’installer sans qu’elle soient nettoyées.

Très mauvaises prestations de l’hôtel qui est censé avoir un certain standing pourtant nous avons l’habitude de faire de beaux hôtels et là aucun service n’était à la hauteur à l’établissement.
Des serviettes de piscine traînaient de jour comme de nuit non ramassées .

Aucun sécurité! N’importe qui peut rentrer dans l’hôtel, se baigner dans la piscine et accéder au spa!

À fuir !! il y a d’autres très beaux hôtels sur l’île biens meilleurs et avec un meilleur service dans les mêmes tarifs .

Buenas instalaciones pero la limpieza y el personal deja mucho que desear, no está a la altura de un hotel se 4 estrella

Las instalaciones están muy bien

Cons:

Limpieza en las habitaciones inexistente en 3 días que estuvimos. Tuvimos que pedir que nos diesen toallas nuevas. El personal es bastante antipático.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was large and modern and very clean. The room was large and had a nice view of the sea. The location of the hotel is perfect and if you take the towels to the beach you don't get charged for the beds (noone told us that but we discovered it). The pool and bar area are excellent and they have live entertainment at night but it's not noisy because that area is quite private.

Cons:

The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was just not enough staff. There were often queues at reception so it's often better to call. The pool bar is the real problem, there are only staff and no real table waiter service so you often have to wait at the bar for 20 mins plus.

Great modern hotel with spacious room and excellent location to explore the beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
Pros:

Great location if you are looking to explore the Cala’s and do some beach hopping especially if you have a car. There are also some stunning restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The room was spacious and comfortable with great working aircon for the intense heat of summer. The staff were also very lovely
