Um excelente hotel
Pros:

A simpatia no atendimento, a limpeza, a comida, as instalações, a localização, tudo muito bom!

Cons:

O Rooftop podia ficar aberto até um pouco mais tarde, para se poder usufruir do por do sol naquele local maravilhoso.

Pros:

Готель розташовано в дуже красиво місці. Поруч багато магазинчиків, променад і гарний пляж. Дуже привітний персонал і смачна їжа. Дівчата які прибирали в номері просто неймовірні - після них як супер клінінг.

Cons:

Пиво і вино в ресторані було нормальне. А от коктейлі смачні були тільки біля басейну для дорослих. Бар працює до 23-00. Після цього можна перейти в звичайний бар на території готелю де дають знижку постояльцям 15 %. Але і він працює до 00:00. При заселені в номері є 1,5 літри води, а потім все. Є доступ до води з автомату біля басейну, але о 00:00 він закривається. Багато гостей йшли в готель з променаду з водою і пляшками з алкоголем. Не було попередження що користування сейфом платне.

Top property for relaxing holiday in PalmaNova
Pros:

Perfect location just to cross a street for an amazing beach with crystal water; roof top adults only swimming pool; very clean and recently renovated hotel

Cons:

The quality of the food was not good all the time, but as it is 4 star hotel all inclusive - it was value for money and do not expect outstanding dining;
Building 3 - no lift, a lot of stairs, no bellboys available to help with luggage; evening animation needs improvement;

Top location für entspannten Urlaub direkt am Strand! Lage super, Kids are welcome, Zimmer groß und neu, alles sehr sauber!! Das Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick war ein Traum!
Es gibt zwei Pools: Rooftop und Familienpool. Kommen gerne wieder! Essensangebot sehr vielfältig und lecker.

Da ich meine Eltern - 81, 79, und meine Tochter 26 dabei hatte kann ich nur sagen alle vier würden und werden auf jeden
Pros:

Die Lage, das Umfeld, das Personal, die Versorgung und auch die Sauberkeit.
Alles ohne einen wirklichen Punkt der anzumerken wäre. Das Publikum ist sehr englisch aber auch sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen nur sehr in höchsten Tönen zu loben.
