Great location, testy food, great room & the view;) AC in the room was awesome:) we enjoyed our stay. I recommend 👌

Cons:

Receptionist looked bored, not interested in work. She was talking on her mobile at the desk and wanted to talk to me at the same time when I came to reception to ask about something. She wasn't professional.
Bed was hard but comfortable :)

A perfect hotel
Pros:

* Hotel was really nice in many ways: location, equipment, pool, tasty meals, spanish corner, bars, events. Fine atmosphere. Guest service was always warming, all the staff behaved nice, made a good impression.

* Family service: although we were the only one with kids 6 and 8 at time, kids seemed to be always welcome, the team even made a special entertainment just for them. A special thanks going to Mrs. Rodica, she did her best. A Family room was big enough for four of us. Kids menu, plenty of fruit, fine for those with food allergies, labels everywhere. Not a loudy place. 4 playgrounds on the promenade. Lifeguard on duty.

Et rigtigt fint hotel, hvor der er mulighed for afslapning
Pros:

Beliggenheden er super fin. Maden var rigtig god.

Cons:

Der var ikke rent på værelserne og badeværelserne.
Vi kunne godt tænke os “rigtige” vinglas til vinen isted for vandglas.

Cons:

The family rooms are difficult to access without an elevator, our rooms are located in building 3 with many steps to climb and descend, without the possibility of changing the room even contracted. As for the entertainment program, it was very chaotic (poorly prepared)
