Very clean. Good breakfast.
Pros:

The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good. Free coffee or tea in the room and in the lobby, with flavored cream options, as well as a diabetes friendly sweetener option.

Cons:

We booked the jacuzzi suite for two nights. The jacuzzi didn't work. The pump made air-movement sound, but the jets didn't make bubbles. Presumably, the air hose inside the tub was disconnected. There was also a lot of unnecessary confusion amongst the staff about the duration of our stay, which required multiple conversations with frontdesk staff. Housekeeping knocked, then entered our room while we were still in bed. Then housekeeping staff didn't go into our room once we left for the day, even though front desk said they would be going in while we were out to do our towels/trash.

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was very nice. The only thing which is not so good was the tv doesn't work. They got this smart tv thing seemed that you have to have computer science degree to operate so you can watch a bit of news or a movie in the evening... which is funny. I am not a big tv watcher so it is fine by me, by my poor husband was just lost...haha...have to call the person at the front desk to tune into a channel and can not change to watch something else unless call the staff again.

Pros:

We enjoyed staying here. We had our dog and the next room had their dogs and we didn’t hear them. Lovely room. Breakfast buffet was really good.
