Amazing place for families, spotless clean and amazing staff and facilities
Pros:

My second year in a row going to Jutlandia. Its the ideal place for parents and younger kids. Daily activities and night time entertainment. Food and service was amazing and the cleanliness of the place was outstanding

Cons:

We went for all inclusive. As I have a special needs kid, who loves the water, the set times were not great for breakfast and lunch. Not much on offer from the bar menu unless you pay separately from the paying menu.

Great place to chill with family’ close to beach, restaurants & shops. Staff were lovely😊
Pros:

Great location, clean, great amenities’ pool & kids entertainment was excellent.

Cons:

Small annoyance was’ it took quite a long time to get served at the bar. Staff were lovely’ just seemed 1 or 2 extra people working the bar would have made the experience quicker. Possibility due to only having one cash register?

The swimming area, kids club and mini disco/animation team were great

Cons:

It’s very dated, it runs a token system at the bar for all guests if you simply just want a drink. The restaurant fro breakfast and dinner is across the road in another hotel. Food quality and options were limited and poor

Lovely to see a genuine family friendly resort in Santa Ponsa
Pros:

The complex is fantastic for children lots of activities. The entertainment guy is good but has to live up to someone else who the kids going year after year clearly liked. Personally reception staff really helpful called us taxi when needed and were professional and respectful. All in all good holiday.

Cons:

I believe food could have been better. Everything is with chips which were mixed between under or over cooked. The kids chicken nuggets were challenging depending who is cooking. Some people seemed to enjoy food however I was glad to be able to cook in the apartment.

Great resort when you have young kids! My kids (1 and 3.5yo) loved it here!

Location is great, not far from the beach, restaurants and local supermarkets. The resort has a very nice kiddy club and activities for kids. Also the mini disco and evening program we really appreciated. The pools are great for kids, especially the very shallow one for toddlers. We also appreciated that the kids club was airconditioned and open all day, especially in the hot afternoons when the sun hits hardest its a great place to go with young kids.

Pros:

Las piscinas para niños, limpieza de las habitaciones mas que correcta y la ubicación

Cons:

La habitacion en general es muy básica. No hay persianas, solo una cortina en un lado o estor en el otro, la cama supletoria es un horror de incomoda y lo peor de todo son las almohadas, duras y deformes
La limpieza de las zonas generales deja mucho que desear y español hablan bien poco. Sobretodo la mujer del bar donde el esfuerzo para hablar en algo que no sea ingles es nulo
