Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der große Parkplatz direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist sehr praktisch, obwohl er gerade am Abend sehr überlaufen ist.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut, die Qualität lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, Aufstriche fehlen z.B. komplett.
Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 7. Stock gegenüber des Lifts und mussten einmal wegen des extrem lauten Geräusches des Lifts unser Zimmer wechseln. Im anderen Zimmer (ebenso im 7. Stock) war das Geräusch noch immer zu hören, allerdings etwas leiser. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und die Klimaanlage im zweiten Zimmer war sehr laut und alt.

✨ ubicación perfecta para ir a la playa del muro, y si no tienes o quieres alquilar coche, hay autobuses urbanos con los que moverte
- Destacamos la amabilidad de David en los desayunos y las cenas

Demasiadas cosas que decir aquí:

• nos mandaron hacer el check in con el móvil cuando la persona de recepción no estaba haciendo NADA y en general la atención en recepción no ha sido la mejor

- el hotel tiene las paredes literalmente transparentes y durante la noche escuchas TODO (🔥) lo que hacen los de al lado, y cuando digo todo, es TODO! Chillos, maletas, música, gente por los pasillos.. nos tocó una habitación al lado del ascensor y sin comentarios..

- ⁠los horarios de la cena terminan muy pronto, de 19:30 a 21:30, mínimo debería ser hasta las 22:00. En cuanto haces un plan fuera del puerto de Alcudia, con las distancias que hay en la isla y la búsqueda de aparcamiento, pierdes la cena en más de una ocasión.

- ⁠En general el desayuno mejor y la cena peor, mi consejo si vais, coged solo dormir y desayuno.

- ⁠El baño de la habitación necesita un poco de reforma, bañera con cortina, baldosas rotas y ducha casi sin presión
