Tuve que buscar en plena lluvia otra estancia. Deberían de darle mantenimiento a sus instalaciones.

Las habitaciones. Se encuentran en deterioro, las toallas deshilachadas, el baño con huele a húmedad. La entrada se ve bien pero las habitaciones no son lo que suben en Booking.

Fue pésimo no me quede en la habitación me ofrecieron una habitación la mostraron,pero al instalarnos no servía el clima y la tele ya habia pagado,nos querian cambiar a una habitación peor y no me hicieron devolución de mi pago.la.peor experiencia en Merida Yucatan, no se hospeden!!!! Es pésimo

La ubicación es buena es lo único que es bueno de este hotel

Las colchones estás en un horrible estado muy duros, las puertas en mal estado, cucarachas en el lugar, el aire no dan para todas las habitaciones y eso está mal, luces y espejos en mal estado
