Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, the Penang State Government will be imposing a fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

Niente!!

Cons:

Attenzione, foto su Booking non corrispondono a quello che vi aspetta. Sporco dappertutto. Muffa sui muri, ti rubava il respiro.Lenzuola sembravano usate, nel water tracce di sporco...confrontando lo staff della struttura con la truffa continuava a mentire dicendo che quelle camere (mostrate su Booking) erano tutte occupate e rimaste solo le nostre.
Un incubo. Abbiamo subito abbandonato l' hotel...anche perdendo i soldi.

Walking distance to the workplace, no need to drive and no hassle in finding parking slot

Cons:

Wish the room is equipped with individual iron/iron board, easier for women wearing hijab to iron clothes. The unifi TV in the room is hard to access because no user guide/manual is provided

Ok hotell som ligger en bra bits promenad från ”centrum”

Ganska coola rum.

Cons:

Hade bokat med ett trebäddsrum, enl beskrivningen fanns det bäddsoffa i dubbelrummet. Tydligen fanns bara bäddsoffan i ett av hotellets rum och trots att vi bokat detta fick vi ett dubbelrum med vanlig soffa. Fick argumentera en lång stund med personalen innan vi fick en extrasäng i rummet utan att betala extra.
