Enorm genieten hier!
Pros:

Alles was goed geregeld. Ook kon je er alles vinden, een goed restaurant, een spa, comfortabele bedden bij het zwembad. Heerlijke kamer met zeezicht. Fijn personeel die super vriendelijk alles regelde. Heel fijn!

Cons:

Eigenlijk hebben wij maar 1 puntje. In de gangen van de kamers, gebruiken ze een vloerbedekking. Deze stinkt enorm. Als ze dit zouden vervangen voor steen of PVC denk ik dat je daar direct vanaf bent. Verder hebben we geen aandachtspunten!

Great stay! Everything was well arranged and smooth, the rooms were very clean and beautiful. The rooftop was the highlight – an amazing place. Highly recommended!

Agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, dès notre arrivée nous avons eu un verre de champagne et un verre d’eau accompagné de macarons. Nous avons fait notre check-in en français, d’autre l’on fait en anglais ou encore en allemand j’ai trouvé ça génial pour la communication. L’hôtel est très propre, il sent très bon. L’odeur du savon mis à disposition à la salle de bain sent tellement bon d’ailleurs j’ai oublié de regarder la marque.

Cons:

Lors de votre réservation vous recevrez un long message par rapport au star prestige qui peut porter à confusion…. Pour moi il faudrait envoyer un premier message en informant quel type de chambre le client a pris et par la suite proposer un surclassement star prestige pour pouvoir bénéficier du rooftop.

Tout le personnel est exceptionnel ,l'accueil ,la propreté de la chambre sont irréprochables. Les buffets dîner et petit déjeuner sont très variés , copieux et délicieux. La literie est bonne.
