Wonderful hotel and staff!
Pros:

Belle vue et soleil !

- la gentillesse du personnel
- la propreté de l’hôtel

Cons:

- Le buffet manque parfois de clarté dans les informations proposées. Il est notamment difficile d’identifier les plats, en particulier lorsque l’on suit un régime spécifique (femme enceinte, végétarien, etc.).

- La prise en compte des demandes laisse parfois à désirer : il nous a fallu deux jours, deux messages, un passage à la réception et l’interception d’un agent d’entretien pour obtenir simplement le remplissage du savon.

- L’offre « Star Prestige » manque de lisibilité. Lors de la réservation, un message via Booking indiquait que nous en bénéficierions. Pourtant, à notre arrivée, il nous a été précisé que cette offre était réservée aux chambres du 5ᵉ étage, alors que la nôtre se trouvait au 4eme. Malgré le message en notre possession, nous n’avons finalement pas pu en profiter.

Pros:

El hotel es moderno y el entorno es muy bonito, al lado del mar y rodeado de pinos. El desayuno es de los mejores que he probado y todo el personal súper agradable y detallista.

A little piece of even on earth
Pros:

A beautiful, well managed hotel with an air of calm and tranquilly. The staff cannot do enough for you. The location out of the way from the madding crowd. The food is excellent, almost five star quality.

En primer lugar, me dieron una habitación mejor que la que había reservado, con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Muchísimas gracias! En segundo lugar, el hotel es simplemente fantástico!

Mientras hacía el check-in, me ofrecieron una copa de cava. La habitación da al sol y tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar y a la piscina. Incluye albornoz, cafetera, hervidor de agua y artículos de aseo.
La habitación es completamente silenciosa. ¡No me imagino cómo lo consiguieron!
Varios tipos de almohadas, una cama grande y cómoda, una manta ligera.

El suelo estaba un poco sucio cuando llegue, la limpieza posterior fue excelente.

Hay un balcón amplio con mesa, sillas y tendedero.

Hay un dispensador de agua en cada piso.

¡Los desayunos y las cenas son fantásticos! ¡Una gran variedad de platos, bebidas, frutas, verduras y postres! Desayuno de 8:00 a 10:30. Cena de 18:30 a 21:30.

El hotel se encuentra a 10-15 minutos en autobús de Santa Eulària. Un sendero muy pintoresco bordea la costa, ideal para pasear en cualquier dirección. También se puede ir andando por la orilla hasta Santa Eulària. El camino es precioso, con pinos y el mar.

El hotel cuenta con una hermosa y larga piscina. Hay una variedad de tumbonas, todas muy cómodas. Se pueden recoger y cambiar toallas de playa de 10:00 a 18:00.

El personal es muy atento. Todos sonríen y están muy orientados al cliente.
