Standard rooms are a bit small
Comfortable bed. Nice big shower. Nice facilities.
This is not a 4 star hotel. It needs a refurb and a lick of paint. The hallways have filthy carpet that needs replacing. You walk to the water filter station at the elevator and then get in the shower with dirty feet. The tiled floors in the bedroom don’t feel clean either.
Apartments are serviced every day but they literally change towels and make the bed. Doesn’t feel like they do much else.
Cocktails at the pool bar are horrible.
I would order nothing other than an Aperol. We had to send drinks back because they were weak. Watery espresso martini’s and all juice mai tai.
Food is average and basic hotel food.
Nothing about this hotel feels 4 star.
It’s also 30min taxi to Ibiza town.
We thought we were getting a nice lush hotel away from the chaos of the town and all the partying but wasn’t worth it.
Also average age at this hotel is 65+
Felt like a retirement home around the pool. Even bloody aqua aerobics. WTF?!?
The staff and the hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating during our short stay.

El buffet era variado. La comida estaba bien, aunque la calidad de la comida podría ser mejor.
Not very much breakfast was good.
Not enough beds round pool. If you sat on beds under the trees birds shit on you. A long way away from any bars and restaurants. Taxi service was poor. Some pleasant staff but also equally some very unpleasant staff. Rooms were very small.
My sisters room had a cocroach in the shower. It was next to a fire escape with a dead bird and broken glass on it and rubbish. They did eventually move her. But their first reply was you dont have to stay we wont charge you.
It was a lot of money for 3 nights for not a very pleasant experience

The beach nearby it is not good. We were expecting a sandy beach in front of the hotel, but it didn’t exist.
Room despite being “Star Prestige” was rather small.

The rooftop pool was fantastic with wonderful views.
The gym was very poorly equipped and the rooms were tiny
Very pretty seafront setting, delicious food, friendly staff, nice hotel design
Would have liked to eat outside but it was extremely hot and the restaurant terrace would benefit from better shade cover and measures to keep it cool.
