En primer lugar, me dieron una habitación mejor que la que había reservado, con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Muchísimas gracias! En segundo lugar, el hotel es simplemente fantástico!

Mientras hacía el check-in, me ofrecieron una copa de cava. La habitación da al sol y tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar y a la piscina. Incluye albornoz, cafetera, hervidor de agua y artículos de aseo.
La habitación es completamente silenciosa. ¡No me imagino cómo lo consiguieron!
Varios tipos de almohadas, una cama grande y cómoda, una manta ligera.

El suelo estaba un poco sucio cuando llegue, la limpieza posterior fue excelente.

Hay un balcón amplio con mesa, sillas y tendedero.

Hay un dispensador de agua en cada piso.

¡Los desayunos y las cenas son fantásticos! ¡Una gran variedad de platos, bebidas, frutas, verduras y postres! Desayuno de 8:00 a 10:30. Cena de 18:30 a 21:30.

El hotel se encuentra a 10-15 minutos en autobús de Santa Eulària. Un sendero muy pintoresco bordea la costa, ideal para pasear en cualquier dirección. También se puede ir andando por la orilla hasta Santa Eulària. El camino es precioso, con pinos y el mar.

El hotel cuenta con una hermosa y larga piscina. Hay una variedad de tumbonas, todas muy cómodas. Se pueden recoger y cambiar toallas de playa de 10:00 a 18:00.

El personal es muy atento. Todos sonríen y están muy orientados al cliente.

An amazing hotel. We had a lovely room on top floor that also gave us free access to the rooftop pool and sunbathing terrace.
Facilities are really very good, great buffet restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Great value bar serving good selection of local and top end spirits.
Clean, tidy, well maintained and lovely staff.
Loved our stay.

Amazing service, definitely coming back!

We have just arrived home from a family holiday in Ibiza at the Iberostar Santa Eulalia. We are 5 adults and we booked 3 All-inclusive rooms, one with a balcony and sea view and 2 basic rooms with balcony for our son and daughter & our daughter’s boyfriend. From the outset the welcoming was amazing, special mention to Raphael on reception who greeted us with a welcoming smile and offered us a glass of Cava while he checked us all into our rooms. The rooms were beautiful and lovely and clean. The sea view from our balcony was amazing. Even our children, in the basic rooms, had views over the pool and sea, which was lovely. The pool area is very pretty and we didn’t have any problems getting sun beds every day. We spent most days there relaxing & chatting or playing cards & enjoying the pool service for drinks and food. Special mention to Adnan on pool service, he brought us most of our orders and always with a lovely cheerful manner. The staff at the hotel are amazing in all areas of the hotel. We ventured to the Hippy Market on the Wednesday, which was a nice morning out and the walk along the coast is beautiful too. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of selection to suit all tastes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our whole family enjoyed every meal. The entertainment in the evening was fun and a nice way to end the day. We ventured into Santa Eulalia marina one evening, which was a short taxi ride away. The marina itself was beautiful, although a lot of the bars and restaurants were closing for the end of the season, but I would imagine in the height of summer this would be a great place to go if you fancied a change of scenery. All in all a brilliant holiday and all 5 of us had a great time! Would definitely recommend the Iberostar Santa Eulalia hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the sunshine, in beautiful surroundings.

Stunning Hotel and grounds, Totally amazing buffet restaurant. Location was great and central. Staff amazing! Partially ' Raphael' on reception. Looked after us very well during our stay.

Rooms - smaller than imagined. But good enough (standard double). We were half board so enjoyed breakfast and evening meal. Glorious selection of food. We do not drink so cannot comment about alcohol etc.
What i can comment on is being charged, to the room, 2,80 euros for a glass refilled bottle of water. Enough to fill 2 Tumblers. ( Note - free refill water is available all around the hotel) but if you prefer water with the meal you will be charged!! Not at all happy with that. There is tea provided, selection of teabags with a small amount of English breakfast tea that goes strait away. No milk provided for teas.
At breakfast, there are lots of juices, tea, pots of coffee to the table. Milk and non dairy choices by the cereals. Plenty of food choices at breakfast hot and cold, fresh crepes being made to order some mornings.
Diddnt use the bar as we dont drink but the atmosphere is loveley of an evening and the pool is lit blue. There are singers on most evenings. A little loud at times, but nice voices.
- There was building work going on both sides of the hotel so building noise was unavoidable but constant throught the day from 7am. We were offered a room change even without any complaints, just mentioned the buiilders woke me early. Less noise poolside of the hotel early. The otherside was 7am and loud.
There is a public car park under trees locally for your hire car. A few places at the front of the hotel but they rarely came up free.
I loved it there, very happy with the facilities, just grumpy about the charge for water with my evening meal.

Just home from 6 days vacation in Iberostar. From the moment we entered this hotel, we felt at home🥰The very friendly people at the frontdesk, they know what hospitality means and went all the way during our stay to comfort us. The room was nice and then we went for our first diner. Boy oh boy, what a variaty in food, delicious, tasty and every day a lot of different things. Compliment for the cooks! The people in the restaurant and bars were all friendly and outgoing. The service at the poolbar also, they even bring you cookies with the tea, when u order. We felt so spoiled by all the people who work there. Hope the management awards them with a big bonus, especially the frontdesk, which is a great team together! The only thing I missed is more entertainment in the evening and other chairs in this matzulla room. Make it more cozy and put different themes, music, cultural things etc on the program. At 22.15 it was 'dead', which for such a nice hotel with so much to offer, was a bit sad. The cocktails there were delicious, the pools are beautiful and lots of beds and cabins. I already miss Iberostar and its people. They know how to make u feel at home! Many many thanks and yes, we will return. Hasta luego and muchas gracias para todo!

Level of service is exceptional. Prestige package allows roof top pool access which I highly recommend. Gorgeous area, excellent service.

Amazing hotel with gorgeous views. A warm welcome when we checked in and a glass of fizz. We were upgraded to a sea view room by Raphael who was very friendly and helpful. All the staff couldn't do enough for you, a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is lovely, very clean, the staff were friendly. The hotel had a lot to offer it has all the usual and if you pay for prestige you get roof top pool, beds a lovely chill out area and great views over the Mediterranean. There are free snacks and drinks only up until 7pm! It’s close to the coastline path which we did to Santa Eulària which takes a while but is worth it. The hotel had a lovely outside bar area unfortunately it’s closed I take it as it’s not peak season. It’s got a Spa and fitness rooms. The platform which is advertised with beds on isn’t open either. The food is of a Good standard the rooms are lovely we had a sea view which was excellent. The grounds are well kept and if prestige you get a mini bar which is filled daily with what you use at no extra charge, which is a nice little bonus. There isn’t a decent beach nearby Es canar is a few miles away and Santa Eularia the same has bars, restaurants and the hippy market. We were warned about the building site next door and to be fair isn’t really loud and not a big problem but it’s there it didn’t stop us from being chilled as the hotel is so quiet and peaceful. If you get tired of the food there is a beautiful tapas bar outside to the left 2 mins walk beautiful food and a steak house a couple of mins further excellent. Overall I loved the hotel and I would stay again in the future.

This was our first visit to the Iberostar in Ibiza we enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for next year We stayed in a star prestige room which was excellent we picked this hotel to spend our honeymoon in so glad that we did
