Pros:

The futon room was nice! Lots of space for both beds, luggage, and to sit without having to sit on beds. The separate entryway was also great. The bathroom was separated into a toilet room, sink, and the shower, which was great for efficient bathroom use amongst four people. The shower was a room with a tub and wet floor. We didn't mind sleeping on futons at all.

Cons:

We were on the first floor, so it could get a little noisy if we wanted to open a window (e.g. a water pipe was located right by a window).

Pros:

The location was excellent -- close to Gion and the shopping areas for walking. The Ueno Park is 20-30 mins walk away. There are convenient bus stops and Yushima train station is close by. Value for the money is great.

Cons:

there is no lobby to hang around with friends, which we usually do after we come back from sightseeing.

Good location, and that's the only good thing about this hotel.
Pros:

Good location close to transport, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Uncomfortable room and beds. No sound proofing, so we could hear everything going on (all night) in the rooms next-door and above us. The smoking area was outside the lobby entrance which was very unpleasant to walk through.

Pros:

住宿離京成上野出口很近 另外去搭地鐵 JR也都步行五分鐘就能到 搭銀座線就能去淺草 澀谷 銀座都不用換車
最棒的是飯店每天都會打掃房間 房間空間又大可以打開2個30吋行李放走道上還能走路 床下還能放登機箱 附近還有一個社區超市 晚上適合去買和牛泡泡麵吃

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la estación de Ueno. Ideal para coger el Shinkansen desde allí (Nikko, Sendai, Kamakura...) o para ir a la línea Yamanote. Adicionalmente, la zona de Ueno tiene mucha vida, tanto de día como de noche.
Las habitaciones, sencillas pero completas, y el personal muy amable cuando se le necesitó.

Cons:

Nada que destacar.

Pros:

Very comfortable, cleaned every day, lots of space in the Japanese Style Family room. The wifi was good and the staff was helpful with luggage transport.

Cons:

A lot of light came in through the windows even with the blackout curtain down so we woke up very early every day, but sleep masks helped!
