Pros:

The room size was not as tight compared to other hotels we've stayed in Tokyo. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Train line, family mart, and shops nearby. Good value for money.

Cons:

The step going into the toilet can be a hazard if you are not aware of it so just be extra careful. There was a weird smell along the hallway of our floor but not noticeable once inside the room or lift.
