expensive for what it is, really small room
La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el personal fue amable.
Reservamos 2 habitaciones singles y 1 doble pequeña y las 3 eran idénticas. No recomiendo la doble pequeña para estadías largas porque la cama resulta incómoda para 2 personas.

有些乳液、泡澡備品只能拿一次，但沒說清楚，我們一次住兩週就不能再拿，我覺得不公平，我們並不是要浪費，但住那麼多天，一開始沒說清楚，我們就是沒有浪費才先只拿一些，後面就不給了，我覺得最少一天可以拿一次吧！旅行就是盡量減少攜帶物品，我們也配合店家不浪費，但不能有需求不給，這點我覺得不太好，其他部分都很好
L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica: a pochi passi da diverse stazioni metro, parco di Ueno e museo nazionale di Tokyo, oltre che alla fermata del treno diretto per l'aeroporto.
La camera è piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Lo staff è molto disponibile: ci hanno permesso di lasciare una valigia che si era rotta pagando un supplemento.
Inoltre c'è la possibilità di pesare i bagagli.
L'orario della colazione (7h00/9h00) un po' troppo limitato.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux, étant donné que le soleil se lève très tôt, c'est dommage d'être réveillé à 5h30 du mat. Sans parler des bruits d'écoulements d'eau qu'on entendait tels une cascade sans exagérer...
La propreté au niveau de la douche laissait un peu à désirer aussi.

Bed was a bit too hard to sleep on.
Great location, between 2 metro lines. Friendly staff. However, the room was fairly basic and rather small

- The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
- The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Ueno Station, Ueno Park, and Ameyoko Market. It’s also very convenient for getting around Tokyo by metro. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, while the surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.
- The room was elegant and very clean and the bed was comfortable.
- The breakfast is excellent, especially if you want to experience a traditional Japanese breakfast. It’s a great way to start the day.
- The hotel offers bike rentals at a low price, which is a great option for exploring the surrounding area and getting around more conveniently.
