Secret garden in Santiago
Pros:

Warm welcome from reception staff. Historical building full of charm and character. Assistance provided with baggage transport to bedroom in old garden annex. Clean room with comfortable double bed. Well maintained gardens with outdoor seating providing seclusion from the City centre. Superb buffet breakfast with hot and cold products, fresh orange juice. Convenient location for old town centre and train station.

Antica struttura nel cuore della città.
Pros:

Bellissima struttura antica, molto ben tenuta e comoda. Romantico giardino su cui si affacciano la sala colazioni e alcune camere.

Cons:

La difficoltà di sosta per scaricare i bagagli. Occorrerebbe davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel uno spazio riservato alla sosta delle auto dei clienti.
Buona, ma troppo cara la colazione.

Pros:

La ubicación. Sin estar en el mismo centro, estás cerca de él pudiendo ir a pie al casco antiguo. Mucha tranquilidad, buen buffet y variado. Gran jardín muy tranquilo. Habitación amplia. Supongo que en Mayo encuentras la tranquilidad que no habrá en pleno Agosto debido a la cantidad de turismo que llega.

Great place to stay in the Old District, relax on the terrace in the garden.
Pros:

Cool Hotel in a great location, green space was a plus. Room was a little tight but great bed and pillows. Breakfast very good, staff were okay.

Cons:

AC is limited to a certain temp so that was not good.
Muscular staff guy in breakfast and bar in afternoon doesn't smile and seemed rushed and unwelcoming.

Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Der Garten war noch hübsch, es fehlten jedoch Liegen.

Cons:

Es war ein sehr finsteres, kleines Zimmer, es befand sich an einer Strasse und war tagsüber sowie nachts laut und stark begangen. Die Badewanne war so kurz und abgenutzt,dass die Lust auf ein Bad schlagartig schwand.
