Pros:

Cet établissement est très vieillissant pas très propre la nourriture est exécrable quand il y en a car très peu de réapprovisionnement ou obligé d'attendre 25 minutes pour avoir des frites le confort des chambres et sa mère ce n'est pas représentatif d'un hôtel 2 étoiles en revanche la qualité de la literie était bien en ce qui concerne le personnel l'équipe d'animation du bar était très agréable très sympathique merci à eux pour leur bonne humeur et leur gentillesse en ce qui concerne le restaurant nous les avons très peu vu et lorsque nous demandions d'avoir un réapprovisionnement de plat nous étions accueilli sans sourire et on nous demandait de patienter je pense que la prochaine fois j'irai chez votre concurrent MMV car j'y ai trouvé un accueil parfait une qualité de restauration parfaite ainsi qu'un confort des chambres incroyable.

Great value Stay within and excellent ski resort
Pros:

Food, communal areas and location all excellent. Great value for money. If you accept this is a modest priced hotel you won’t be disappointed. But don’t pay 2* and expect 5* polished facilities. Go and enjoy some really nice food close to the slopes.

A pleasant, good-value stay overall, with a nice surprise of cheese fondue that wasn’t mentioned to us beforehand.
Pros:

Everything was good overall. The breakfast and dinner met our needs. Before arriving, I read many reviews, and I found that some of them were a little exaggerated. I understand that some guests may have paid much more than we did for a spring ski holiday, so they may have had higher expectations. Overall, we had an enjoyable and worthwhile stay.

Cons:

The only disappointing point was the WiFi. We were told by the staff that we needed to purchase a WiFi package for the room. I tried to buy it twice, but the payment was unsuccessful both times. When we asked for help, the staff gave us a phone number and told us to call ourselves. Unfortunately, nobody answered during our stay. As a result, we had no WiFi in the room. Sometimes we were lucky enough to get 5G on our phones, and we also used the free WiFi in the bar. Despite this issue, we still enjoyed our stay 😊

Good accommodation at a reasonable price
Pros:

Comfortable enough room, copious & tasty buffet, area ski pass included and available prior to becoming valid at 12 on Saturday. Staff were good and friendly.

Cons:

The buffet organisation wasn't great, very crowded, particularly the long queues each morning for the coffee machines. The room layout is a bit dated, lights inconveniently located close above bed head, and only a power socket beside one of the beds. Only one pillow each.

The communal activities might have been fun, but be aware that, completely reasonably, they are all in French.

Bra läge, bra att så mycket ingick (Liftkort samt halvpension) Dock väldigt slitet och dålig service
Pros:

Den blir lite ensidig efter tre dagar. Äggröran var av låg kvalitet. Jag saknade grönsaker på frukosten. Jag saknade Fil samt vettiga flingor

Cons:

Rummen var väldigt slitna.
Personalen pratade mest Franska knappast Engelska
Det saknades lakan och handuk trots att allt var bokat

Pros:

Location convenient for slopes. Ski room locker useful. Evening food generally a good standard. Staff helpful. Other guests 'sympatico' generally.

Had to ask for soap!
Room cold to start with - warmed up once radiator on.
Second duvet a bit ragged.
Finding hotel took too long. Came by shuttle from 1600 and found the maze of corridors and lifts bewildering. Actually wandered into the restaurant and asked a staffer if it was the Aguille Rouge but she didn't understand, so I went away thinking I was in another place!
