Spent our wedding night there 15 years ago but was disappointed at the overall service

Property has so much potential

Cons:

No attention to detail on room - one towel and bottle of water but we booked as a couple
A bat in the room - took ages to come take it out
Noted multiple times it was our 15 yr wedding anniversary but made no effort for us
Multiple items on the food and drinks menu not available
Lovely pool but not towel or lounges next to pool
Started at leaf blower outside our room at 06:45
