Estancia agradable.
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia, luminosa y limpia. El desayuno, excelente.

Cons:

El colchón era algo duro y, sobre todo, los cojines eran muy altos y duros (tienen que añadir algun cojín más bajo y blando como alternativa para no acabar con tortícolis). El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien pero hacía mucho ruido, deberían repasarlo.

Situación, habitación con aire acondicionado potente, agua mineral de cortesía y desayuno buffet económico (10€) para lo que es habitual.

Cons:

Personal correcto en todo momento pero sin más. Tuteo que puede molestar a algunos clientes. Poca variedad dulce en el desayuno (sólo un bizcocho)

Hotel con muy buena ubicación y personal muy amable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas, con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable y atento, la recepcionista nos atendió maravillosamente y nos explicó qué visitar de Haro. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas al llegar muy pronto y al volver después de comer las teníamos en nuestras habitaciones. La terraza es un plus y se puede desayunar buffet o un café en el bar, comer, picar algo y/o tomar un vino. No hay parking pero se puede aparcar cerca sin problema o en zona azul, que es gratis los domingos y lunes por la mañana. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Totalmente recomendable.

Pros:

Très confortable , location est proche de centre ville et personnes sont sympa.

Un monsieur qui nous accueille très gentil mais il fait réception et bar.

Cons:

Il n'y pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et pas d'hôtel parking.

Really nice stay here. On a motorcycle trip. Parked bike out front of hotel. Nice rooms, nice staff. All good. Would stay again.

Central, comfortable hotel which could have been cooler

Very central & comfortable

Cons:

Although there was an air on unit in the room, it was not on & there were no facilities to turn it on so we had to have the window wide open all night which was very noisy causing a disturbed night
