Buen recibimiento todo limpio y buen trato

Hemos recibido buen trato de la persona de la recepción, nos gustó que en la pieza nos hayan dejado cafe, te , cepillos de dientes shampoo jabones y toallas

Problema con la ducha que había que sostenerla para que no se caiga y el olor de las tuberías

Cons:

Al llegar al alojamiento, estuvimos mirando la habitación porque no la veíamos en condiciones para entrar, y así fue. La habitación estaba en un estado de suciedad inaceptable: polvo acumulado, sábanas manchadas, mini bar sucio, baño sin limpiar correctamente y sensación general de falta de higiene. No era algo puntual, sino evidente y descuidado.

Intentamos hablar con recepción para buscar una solución, pero la respuesta no fue satisfactoria ni resolutiva. Ante esta situación, y por nuestra propia tranquilidad, nos vimos obligados a marcharnos y buscar otro alojamiento.

Podría seguir poniendo más fotos que tenemos de la suciedad que había en la habitación.
