Limpieza escasa en zonas comunes, toallas pequeñas, ambiente poco agradable.

Todo muy bien, cómodo, limpio, personal agradable, no muy lejos del centro, etc.., en resumen muy bien.

Sin solución al calor por parte de la gerencia fue la noche antes de marcharnos cuando propuso un cambio de habitación; el hotel estaba prácticamente vació. Deje una queja escrita al Gerente (no quise ponerla en el Principado) la cual no ha sido contestada, parece que no le interesa mucho la opinión de los clientes. No regresaremos

The hotel is a short walking distance to the town center of Cangas de Onis. Free private parking. The staff speaks English and very helpful -- gave us great tips for exploring the Picos. The hotel is spotless, everything is clean and smells good. Shower is great. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. There's a fridge but no kettle or coffee machine -- but not a deal breaker for us. The room was quite hot but you can open a window to let in the cool breeze. Wifi connection was excellent. The restaurant they recommended, El Molin, was really good -- food was great, the manager super friendly and prices were quite reasonable for the quality.

Possibly one of the worst stays I've ever had in Spain. Absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms means you can hear everything from the adjoing rooms and noisy cleaning staff slamming doors almost continually outside from 6am on (and we are not exaggerating here). Weekend breakfast served only till 10:30am. Mini bar not stocked with anything and no room service menu. Additionally, rooms have no fan or air conditioning and are very stuffy, even with cool outdoor temperatures and the window open.

When we brought all these issues up with the hotel staff the only explanation offered was that it wasn't a mini bar but a refrigerator, (hastily said to us by the person who we assume to be the manager who then walked away without saying everything further). Other hotel staff simply repeated the cost rather than addressing the issue. We are native Spanish speakers so there was no language barrier.

This is not a 4 start property so to avoid disappointment and undoubted annoyance/sleep disturbance stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other local hotels actually willing to provide comfort and not inconvenience with a surly attitude.

Inmejorable, y lo mejor de todo, la atención en recepción.
