Viajaba con mi hija pequeñita. Tenía dos días de reserva, el 31 de Diciembre y el 1 de Enero de 2026, hubo una avería en la caldera y al no poder arreglarlo me ofrecieron reembolso o cambio de hotel. Pedí reembolso y marchamos. Pasaron los meses y no se me devolvió el dinero de la reserva. Después de varias reclamaciones por correo a Booking y al propio hotel.
A día de hoy 25 de Marzo, todavía no se me hizo el reembolso.
Además me dijeron que sólo se me devolvería una noche, y casualmente, según ellos, la noche que me debían devolver era mucho menos dinero que la primera.
La primera noche avisaron de la avería a las 11 de la noche del día de fin de año, que ya estábamos cenando con la familia.

La ubicación es increíble, en menos de diez minutos estás en la catedral. La habitación era muy grande, las camas muy cómodas y elbaño muy bien equipado.

Cons:

Lo único malo es que la ventana del baño era muy grande y la habitación, que estaba en el piso dos daba a una calle en la que cualquiera te pueda ver, pero viene equipado con un stor.

Do lado da Catedral de Santiago e com quarto limpo e confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã com poucas frutas e legumes. Deveriam ter escrito no anúncio que não dispõem de estacionamento e que se baseam em estacionamento público nas proximidades.
