Ruim, net en rustig hotel op een boogscheut van de kathedraal.
Het personeel is heel aardig. Mijn vriendin mocht zelfs een paar uur haar rugzak achterlaten ook al verbleef ze niet in het hotel.
Lekker ontbijt. Ik kreeg een kamer met uitzicht op de kathedraal. Mooi meegenomen want ik had dit niet geboekt.

Não houve aspectos de que tenhamos gostado. Logo no check-in, tivemos um atendimento muito ruim e desanimador; a atendente Verusca (acredito que esse seja o nome) não nos atendeu de forma adequada.

Cons:

Não gostamos da experiência desde o início. A recepcionista Verusca (creio que seja esse o nome) nos acomodou em um quarto muito ruim, localizado no térreo, ao lado da recepção e de frente para a rua, com bastante ruído de trânsito e sem ventilação — condições que não correspondem às imagens divulgadas pelo hotel. Após bastante tempo e discussão, e somente depois de solicitar a presença da gerência, foi feita a troca para outro quarto mais condizente com o anúncio. Ainda assim, o quarto não era como o esperado: o ar-condicionado estava desligado e não havia cobertores. Além disso, o atendimento é fraco. Após as 19h, não há ninguém da administração nem na recepção para nos auxiliar. Como resultado, passamos uma noite desconfortável, com frio e pouca qualidade de sono. O box é pequeno e não possui divisória, o que faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhado.
