Good location for just a hotel vacation
Pros:

Room was comfortable. I liked the couch. Bed was comfy. Liked that the room had a fan to use - no air conditioning.

Cons:

Overall our stay did not warrant the price for one night. No shuttle for pick up at the bus station or train station. Not a convenient location if you don’t have a car. The restaurant was pricey. Paid $4.50 for a shot of espresso😳. The wellness spa was complicated. You had to have on a swim suit to enter the pool area. We wanted to look around and was not allowed access. We didn’t end up going.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Die check-in Zeit von 16:00 Uhr ! wurde stur eingehalten, obwohl das Zimmer schon früher bereit gewesen ist (das Hotel war nicht gerade unter Voll-Last)
Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht für 470 Chf die Nacht. Das war völlig überzahlt. Keine Klimaanlage, schlechte Beleuchtung, für diesen Preis kleines Bad.
Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen aber das Rindsfilet war anststt saignant durchgebraten, beim Thai Curry muss ich annehmen, dass der Koch noch nie in Thailand war. Es gibt wenige motivierte Mitarbeiter die den insgesamt negativen Eindruck noch etwas aufbessern konnten. Das Hotel ist unpersönlich und auf Massenabfertigung susgerichtet.

Pros:

Thermal pools were fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom and great shower. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast buffet.

All good although the restaurant (dinner) was only okay and on the expensive side.

Le ventilateur, bruyant et ne fonctionnant qu'à la 3ème vitesse,donc beaucoup trop fort. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, dommage.

Je recommande a toute personne qui souhaite faire une parenthèse et se ressourcer.
Pros:

Dans un cadre calme et avec une vue qui se laisse admirer. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Le spa est accessible depuis l'hôtel via un passage souterrain qui relie les deux batiments ce qui est plus qu'appréciable. Je recommande.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprecié la vue de la chambre sur la reception de marchandise (bruiyant par moment) et la vue qui de ce cote (à l'arrière de l'hôtel étais avec vue sur un talus recouvert de vegetation, aucune montagne ni prairie en vue..
